“Jalen is a phenomenal manager. I've been renting from this location for 8 years. The counter, desks, restroom is clean. My major concern is about the urine smell that overwhelmed me as I opened the door 3 months ago. The carpet is the culprit. I know because I've cleaned homes of cat owners. I phoned Enterprise Plus to voice my only concern. I was on a recorded line. Helicopter Pilots from Ft. Rucker are deploying to keep Our Nation free. I stated: The carpet must be replaced by 2 days. A crew can go in at night. The office closes at 5pm. Replace with appropriate flooring. It's not been done. This review is my second attempt.”
