Amazing and honest work. Absolutely trustworthy. They'll recommend repairs but not pressure. They won't create imaginary problems to charge you more money. Honestly the best mechanics I have ever experienced from multiple states.

Let me tell you, this is the best shop in enterprise! If your looking for a very honest and well priced shop with experienced mechanics this is it! When you go to dacks, you can rest assured that your getting the best price, and highest quality work. They have been around for a long time for a reason! I just got some new tires put on my truck but I have recommended this shop to anyone who needs one and have always got good reviews from them afterwards. I have also taken some vehicles here with some significant problems and dacks is always able to help. I have pretty extensive knowledge in mechanics and do 99% of my own work at home so I know what quality work and good prices look like. Always trust dacks, and they will always do the best for you!

Be forewarned, Dacks will not repair flat tires that you buy from them. They charge you regardless if you bought the tires from them or another shop. Bought a set of Pirellis tires about a year ago. Got a flat tire today(simple fix). They wouldn’t fix it unless I paid them. FYI, 99% of tire shops offer free repairs and tire rotations for the life of the tires.

Dacks fixed my 2004 avalanches A/C today, had to replace the engine fan clutch and recharge the system, blowing ice cold now. They are a trust worthy auto repair shop that won't rip you off; Steve and Mickey have been mechanics there for over 40 years, they're honest Christian mechanics that treat people right, and on the weekends they can be seen leading our church in praising our lord and savior. I thank the lord for a good honest Christian auto repair shop, you can trust Dacks to treat you fairly!!!

They couldn't even be honest with me about not being able to fix my jett.Just keep telling me they have to plug that machine in my car and one time the machine said nothing so they turn my engine light off and then about a couple days later it came back on and I called them and the say bring it back and we will put it back on the machine again. Now this time he tells me that now I need a new thermostat even though the car isn't running hot so when I get there to get the new thermostat I asked before he fixes it will this stop the engine light from coming back on and he tells me that if it comes back on then they will have to plug the machine back on my car. So for me that was it for them all they wanted to do was keep giving me the run around while taking my money what a bunch of hog wash they are I will never go to them again no good mechanic the are just wants to get over on ladies. This company should be shame of themselves

These guys are great! My check engine light came on right before a long trip, and the mechanic met me, tested it, corrected the issue on the spot, and sent me on my way. Very professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly, trustworthy.

Toke 3 hours to change my tires and charged me for taking off my old tries but no one up there asked me abt it they charged me a extra 26 dollars because of that.that is ridiculous I've never had anyone do that to me and when I called to talk abt they had a attitude.slow service extra I wouldn't recommend this place they have no respect for customers

Their pricing was good, and they had the car ready when they said it would be, but there’s a few things I find inexcusable for an auto shop, like letting you drive away with broken parts and not telling you.I brought my car in to have the transmission replaced, which they completed. After picking up my car the first thing I noticed was that the suspension was knocking or cracking when I went over bumps. When I got home I went to investigate what was making the sound an noticed that my passenger side engine splash guard was gone. Then about a week later as I was driving to Dothan, a hose for the transmission fluid came off and poured oil all over my car. When I investigated I noticed that the hose clamp to hold the hose was way too high up. I had to have it towed to the shop. They fixed the issue and told me it was because of cheap clamps. While there I asked about my splash guard they told me it was cracked so they threw it away? Why not tell me so I could have them or myself replace it?After they fixed the transmission hose I couldn’t live with the sound my suspension was making, so I looked under my car. The tie rod ends were completely worn out, something no one told me about and I would have wanted fixed and is potentially dangerous. How can they let me leave with this sort of problem? There was a few other problems such as the ignition coil plugs being broken from age and no one telling me but this review is already too long. Maybe look around before picking Dack auto…
