Ace Hardware in Enterprise the customer service is great. I was greeted Immediately customer service was great. The people there was very friendly and helpful on this visit. I was there for Propane and others. They’re never out of Propane at least on my visit so thank you Ace.

Indigo is absolutely amazing! We ordered Big Green Egg Grill to be delivered to our location and one was on back order. She took the time to follow up with us so we could have both orders delivered at one time. They truly help their customers, always go to Ace Hardware in Enterprise or Dothan:)

The first time I shopped at this Ace I was greeted as if I were a valued friend. I met an employee named "Sherry" and just felt I had made a friend.
The second trip I had transported a 30 gal filled propane tank in my Expedition which rolled out of the back at a high rate of speed and hit me in the shin and ankle.
Jeremy took over the task I had come to Ace for. He could not have been more help.
A young lady working the front found me a first aid kit and helped me get myself fixed up.
Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. As this trip proved. (I went to Urgent Care the following day and have a fractured ankle) So it may be a little while before I am back over there.
I have been a satisfied Ace customer for many years in my life before I recently moved. I have no doubt I will be quite happy with this new Ace store.

I recently visited Ace Hardware hoping to get some paint mixed, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The two individuals behind the counter were completely inept. They fumbled around and couldn't figure out how to mix a simple paint code. Their lack of knowledge and professionalism was astounding. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I never thought I’d be reviewing a hardware store but here I am…this store is our absolute favorite. The service that you get here is unmatched. We moved into the neighborhood a few months ago and ever since, Vicky as well as the other employees have always been so personable and helpful…asking us how our house is coming along, offering suggestions and just asking how we are doing. We truly refuse to go to the big box stores unless we absolutely have to because supporting this store feels like supporting a local mom & pop store!

Personable unlike Lowes where you are on your own. Lowes also has ONLY A 48hr return on appliances. Get home with man comes to install 2days later does not fit or some other problems YOU ARE SCREWED..!!! Just buy from someone else.
