Took truck on Thursday at 3:30 to leave for new tires to be mounted on Friday. I had an appointment made on Wednesday for service. Upon arriving to pick it up saw it In the same place I left it the day before.I asked the lady why the tires had not been mounted and was told they took people who waited on service ahead of appointments.I will never go back to Expert Tire !

560$ tune up turns into a 2800$ dollar bill. These people are a scam. Don't go here. They wouldn't let me see the paper of what they all did before I signed the device to pay for it. Don't go here!!!! No pics of the parts they had to replace with the technology we deal with today.

They're good and do great job ! But there is only two people there that do great job and have great Customer service! And that's why I'm given a 4 star review. We have been using them for tires only and they have been great with that and we only run into those two workers only! So we have Firestone tires on all our vehicles.

It is not due to COVID that I have made an appointment and I've been sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours BUT what I do recommend is that when u make an appointment have another ride or u will be waiting FOREVER while your mechanic is taking his second smoke break

Another decent company going to crap. Came in to get an alignment. While waiting I heard David tell several people "we're re not gonna be able to do that". When it came to me and another guy we got the same answer. Well we're a corporation and we are just not gonna be able to do that. I will NEVER come back or recommend to ANYONE to come here.

I've been doing business with Firestone/Expert Tires since I moved to enterprise and I've always had great service. The staff is always on the ball and ready to help even when they are super busy. I wouldn't trust my SUV with anyone else.

Great service. I'm from 4 hours away. And they made sure my fault was fixed and taken care of. If I lived here it would be the only place I would go to. The staff is extremely nice and attentive to your needs. Would definitely recommend. And thank y'all I much for getting me on the road again.

Idon't normally make post like this but I want to warn others of what I've been through. Sunday, I went to Firestone in Enterprise to get new tires, an oil change, and alignment. After spending several hours there (4hr with an appointment. They got me straight in when I arrived but messed around and took their sweet time and weren't busy) the salesperson told me they were almost finished and would be backing my car out. An hour later, my car was still on the rack. The tech finally backed it out and test drove it and this is where my biggest issue begins. The tech took off out of the parking lot like a bat out of hell. From the waiting area I could hear my Mustang being raw dogged down the street. When I mentioned it to the person in charge all I got was "I'll talk to him". When they talked to him, he shrugged his shoulders and walked off and did this with me standing right there. When I left, utterly disgusted, I noticed that I had grease on both hands....from my leather steering wheel and manual shift knob. He neither used a steering wheel cover or offered to wash his greasy hands. When I got home, I found heavy greased hand prints all over my car. I contacted Firestone Customer Care and was assured that someone would contact me. Well, long story short, it's been nearly 60 hours and no phone call. They said they tried to call but I have had no missed calls or voice mail. I also went back to Firestone Customer Care via email and was assured that this would receive attention. It hasn't. Firestone gets your money and after that cares nothing about you. You'd think, with me being a former Firestone store manager, that I'd get a little better care than most because I know their system. Wrong. I'm just an $1100 ticket sold and done. Beware of them! *Update* They finally got back to me after 4 days. They had my car detailed and the detailer ruined my clear coat. I've babied this car since I bought it and have always hand washed it. He used a pressure washer which damaged my clear coat and caused it to flake. I'm done with Firestone and their BS. I would advise everyone to avoid this chain because the customer service they once prided themselves on is nonexistent and they could care less about their customers as is evident by the 4 days it took to resolve my issue which ultimately created bigger issues.

I went to firestone to get new tires and an oil change and when I came to pick up my truck my windshield had been cracked. My biggest issue isn't that I spent almost a grand only to have my vehicle damaged, but that I have had absolutely no follow up since then. The day after I picked up my truck, a representative contacted me asking what happened and I responded immediately. However, other than that initial email, I haven't been able to reach him despite numerous calls and follow up emails over the past month. I'm not likely to return to or recommend firestone and overall I'm frustrated and disappointed.

Came in around lunch and guy stayed during his lunch break to work on my vehicle. Was in and out very quickly. Also very friendly staff.

Incredible experience! I was a trip from the beach and got a flat tire. While they were fixing it, they found another bad tire. They drove to a different firestone location to get another tire because they were out. Robert was wonderful to work with.
