I had a minor issue with my daughter’s new car and initially they said it wasn’t under warranty. However, they decided to take care of it and I really appreciate them for taking care of their customers. Thank you!?

These guys are awesome! The service people do great work and always with such a wonderful attitude! Amber especially was of a huge help to me yesterday when I had a flat in making sure that it got changed before 5:00 and getting me in and out quickly. She also made me laugh quite a few times, it was a great experience thank you guys!

Friendly staff up front. Only been to the service department once. They were quicker than expected. But not sure if they understand what I am trying to say about my new car. Also I think that more help with understanding all the things this car has would be nice.

I didn't feel that the cost of repairs was adequately explained up front. Diagnostics is not a single fee since there are a multiple amounts of separate tests that might be done. I was told to just get everything checked at once, which I did. And that if we had repairs done the diagnostic fee would be subtracted. But since the tire sensors required a separate diagnostic than the engine/transmission, and I didn't have those replaced, I still ended up with a 137.00 diagnostic fee. If I had not had some repair work done, I would have had two 137.00 fees. When looking over my bill, the service manager said that he would not have recommended the transmission fluid be changed, but they did it anyway. It was on the needs immediate attention list.And, if all of that was not enough, we were to pick up our vehicle before they closed at 7:00pm. We got there at 6:40, haven driven a good distance, but they closed at 6:30. We had to drive an hour one way the next day to pick up our vehicle. Overall it was not a good experience.

I arrived at the service department to have a trim ordered. This was the second time this part had to be replaced. Upon arrival. The lady said that I had two recalls, which I told her no that had been corrected the previous week when I was there. They had told me when I made the appointment. This was a 15 minute job. Two hours later I had to go find somebody to find out where my vehicle was. They had redone the two recalls that was done previously because they said the pictures had not uploaded. Instead of coming in telling me and asking if it was OK that they redid this upload the pictures they took it upon themselves just to do it and delay my departure two hours. When I got my keys back, I went out, got it my vehicle put it in drive and the alarm started to go off, I put it in park got out of the vehicle to find that my phone was open, they had not latch the hood. There was no way the technician could pull out of that garage without that alarm blaring letting him know there was a problem. Service manager came out shut the hood but first he looked under the hood and said I don’t know why they left this plastic piece on here with the plastic he was talking about was the piece that had been on there since I purchased a vehicle over a year ago.This service department is by far the worst. As far as customer service I have ever been to every time I’ve had to go in for my Santa Cruz. It is taking no less than two hours to have an oil change or a part put on that they had to order. I will not go back to the enterprise Hyundai dealership, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Buyer BEWARE of purchasing a white Hyundai because the paint will start peeling off and they will want you to pay for the paint job when they knew about this recall in the paint and still are selling the cars without telling anyone about it. I got my 2018 Hyundai Sonata a little over a year ago and 3 months after having it, I was washing it and a chunk of paint came off of the hood. They sent me an extended warranty in the mail regarding the paint and then sent me off to get 3 estimates from paint shops to buy them some time until eventually the warranty will expire. After submitting the estimates and had pictures taken of the car Mitch called me to bring the car in to have it painted and I told him that I was about to go on vacation and I would call him back when I returned. He stated that they were going to cover 2800.00 of the estimate and that I would have to come up with the rest. I told him that I didn't have any money and this was their fault, not mine so I shouldn't have to pay anything. 2 months later I call to see about bringing it in and Mitch told me they had no record of the estimates being done or pictures taken so they dropped the ball and tried referring me to Dothan Hyundai when I bought the car from them. I then drove down there to talk to Mitch personally and he took copies of the estimate and took pictures as well. Then I followed up and he said that they would cover 700.00 to paint the hood and that I would have to come up with the rest. This is not right and not practicing good business at all. It is going to keep on peeling and the price that I pay for the car is unacceptable to have paint peeling off. They knew about the paint recall and sold me the car anyway and now want me to come out of pocket to paint the hood. I would not recommend them to anyone buying a white Hyundai. BEWARE!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell Hyundai. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. My sales consultant, Thomas Jones, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my new Tucson purchase. He is very professional and made sure the application process went quickly and smoothly with no errors on the paperwork. He answered my questions and went over all of the features on the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about every aspect. He is excellent! The business manager, Thomas Flint, is also excellent! He prepared the paperwork in an efficient manner, with accuracy, and took the time to explain the documents so that I completely understood what I was signing. No pressure from either of these two gentlemen. I had an easy and pleasurable buying experience from this dealership. I received a fair deal and I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend Mitchell Hyundai if you are in the market for a new vehicle. The bumper to bumper, powertrain, maintenance warranty and three years of free Blue Connect are unmatchable. The safety features that came standard on my new vehicle are amazing. I am a very happy customer! Thank you Thomas Jones and Thomas Flint for such a great car buying experience!

After my car was serviced on this past Friday August 18th, 2023; my fan started running longer than normal when I shut the car off. On Sunday August 20th after visiting my sick and shut-in members to render communion, my car ran hot. I pulled over to checked under the hood to find the the reservoir cap for the radiator left almost off and all the water was out. I had to fill the reservoir back with water. I am not to happy with the job that was done because this could have caused my engine major trouble and me be out of a vehicle. I took the pictures so that it could be seen on Sunday when I raised the hood that water had dried from where it splashed out the open cap. No one went over the service report with me or anything. I was displeased this time with the services I received from the service department.

Friendly and helpful staff even after purchasing your vehicle. Took my car in for a recall and was out in an hour and a half. Didn't experience any high pressure sales tactics. Refreshing change from a lot of other dealers.

Went in just to look and compare, I was seriously looking at Kias. Kyle came out to help us. We drove 4 different models, he was incredibly knowledgeable about all of them. He answered all questions we had and a few we didn’t think to ask. My husband sold cars for years and he was impressed with his salesmanship and knowledge. We worked together and got a great deal on a 2023 Tuscon with the right package for us, SEL convenience straight of the truck and still wrapped in plastic!The additional power train that Mitchell offers can’t be beat, we are incredibly happy with our decision to purchase from them.

Very happy with them. Been a regular customer for more than a decade and have never been disappointed.My last visit included a diagnostic on 2018 Elantra. No issues were found. I got away from there with no cost and a clean car. How many mechanics would have found something that cost a couple of hundred. Not these guys. Thank Jim for the ride back to my house. I would definitely recommend to looking to buy! Stephanie Girori was absolutely great! She was very friendly with a great attitude and didn't try to push us at all. She gave us time on our on to decide what was best for us! Great customer service!

Excellent Service Advisor. Charges for service was assessed disproportionally for the amount of time. Parts nominal, less than $100. Labor cost - $600+ for less than an hour of labor.
