I am writing this post for someone else. This person had money in the credit union, went to buy some tires with his card and the card was declined. They then said that his account was overdrawn $1,000.00. And that he owes them that amount and closed his account, told him that it was fraud which it wasn’t . This person is 18 and worked hard for his money and then the bank tells him that he had to pay the bank back. He did have more than $1000.00 in the credit union. And still did not purchase the tires. Do not use Navy Federal Credit Union, how can you rip off a 18 year old.

Quick service and helpful staff. I switched over to Navy Fed from USAA. I was able to come to this location and receive a debit card day of. USAA caused many issues, and the Better Business Bureau became involved with my case because of the severity of the situation. My husband will now be switching over to Navy Fed because of their amazing customer service, the convenience of having a physical location in town, and their superior savings account options. Even if you’ve not had any issues with USAA, I still recommend switching to Navy Fed!

The worst bank that has ever existed. They stole from me. Still trying to get my money back. Went in to cash my check they wouldn’t let me cash my check. They said it wasn’t a Navy check. We’re are you supposed to cash your check at. So I told them I wanted to close my account. They didn’t ask why. She was rude Jennifer she laughed at me.

Worst customer service I've ever received at a bank. Going on days with put getting my money from my accounts. I've been lied to on 4 different occasions since the beginning of the year. They used to be great but have went way down hill this year

Wow. Since the pandemic began, I haven't been inside the branch very much. So I forgot that I need my ID just to get change from you. If not for having so many account tied up with Navy Federal, I would have returned immediately with my ID to close my account. You guys USED TO BE awesome

If you want to be treated like a bank robber thisIs the place to go. Both Montgomery and Enterprise do this. Our huge interest check was lost and they refused to reissue it at the branch!!

When having communication trouble with a branch in IL, I called my home town Navy Fed and was able to get my problem explained and resolved remotely by the Enterprise team. They went above and beyond to ensure i understood the process and helped resolve my issue.
