Drove an hour and a half today just to get my nails done & per the usual my tech slayed the design I asked for ! This place is hands down best !! Def wish there was more salons that took pride in their work and actually provide customers with the service they deserve & the work requested ! Would def recommend too anyone looking for a new shop ! Mrs Ann - her husband and the nail tech that usually sits in the first station on the second row behind Mrs Ann are the only people I trust with my nails - always top notch work ! Added my inspo pic & final product !! I’m in love ❤️🖤

Shay and Ms Kim did my mani/pedi and it was such an amazing experience. Professional, clean, a job super well done. I felt welcome and pampered. Tons of variety for nail color. I just loved it. My new spot.

Kinda disappointed today in the customer service. I look forward to getting my nails done here everytime I visit my family & my mom goes all the time, it’s always been a great experience. However, today was so disappointing. The lady who apparently is newer had a nasty attitude the entire time, I said no gel & she literally smacked her teeth at me & looked annoyed the entire rest of service. When I went to pay for my mom daughter & I, my mom was talking directly to me saying on Wednesdays it’s a military discount & for some reason the lady checking us out chimed in to rudely say no discount for us I had already paid & shoo’d us with her hands. Obviously I know I already paid, it also wasn’t her convo, & to shoo a customer out is beyond me. Thankfully I don’t have to see them for another year & hopefully my mom sticks with her regulars because the lady who did hers was super sweet as always! Whoever I got I hope I don’t get again. I wanted to go back for a full set but feel absolutely uncomfortable after today so ulta press ons it is!

Paradise Nail Spa is the BEST nail salon in Enterprise. I’ve been coming here for years, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
The service is always great, and they are super accommodating for special designs/requests.

My mom and I have been coming to Paradise Nails for years, and we always leave incredibly happy! The service is top-notch, everyone is so warm, welcoming, and professional. The salon is always spotless, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing!
Ms. Ann and her husband are absolutely wonderful and consistently do an amazing job. They really take the time to get to know their clients and always ask how things are going in your life, which makes the whole experience feel so personal and genuine. You can tell they care about your nails and about you, too. All of the other staff are also extremely friendly, skilled, and make every visit a great experience!
I highly recommend Paradise Nails to anyone looking for quality service in a clean and friendly environment!

Terrible customer service. Sat for 1.5 hour. They wanted me soak my hands in acetone for an hour and dry my hands out. Never even touched my nails. Do not recommend. Go somewhere else.

Got charged $80 for a Mani-pedi today. Used to love this place but not today. I called and was told I could get my regular tech in 15 minutes. I wouldn't have minded waiting if I had to but what I got was the new girl for my manicure then my normal tech for my pedicure. I took my own OPI color polish for pedicure but what was applied was clear GEL polish I did NOT ask for. I've NEVER done a gel polish pedicure before. She said she was putting on a clear base coat so I thought the color was going on next. Wrong. Paid extra for something I didn't ask for or want. Guess they no longer want my business.

I started coming here several years ago and met Nancy who did a fantastic job. She was very funny and the whole staff if fun to be around. There was 1 time someone gave me a gift card to another nail salon. I made the mistake and used it. Had to go to Nancy the following day for her to fix.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I don’t think I’ve ever felt more uncomfortable and judged as I did here… as soon as I walked in the lady who had done my nails prior started talking to another lady as they looked at me. My nails are uneven in length and thickness and in some parts the whole nail isn’t even painted and has bubbles through out. I felt rushed because they had appointments coming in. I will not be back here. Horrible feeling and experience. For reference I asked for a milky white color..
