Don't bother going here. They are so rude here. Never have signs up if something is going on with the pets. Get yelled at by the staff. No thanks.

Amazing service per usual!! Amber is so professional and takes great care of our pets!! Extremely accommodating. The only place that properly desheds our shepherd and chihuahua!!

They do such a great job bathing my doggy! He has pretty bad anxiety and they took great care of him. They are always so sweet and helpful.

I enter this store walked through looking at the prices which were totally overpriced. I was looking for a lizard. I walked back to the service desk in the rear where two women were and ask about a lizard. They told me they're up front. I walk up front empty cages. No service people around. I asked the two ladies to show me the lizards. She said we don't work that department. We don't know if there's any or not. Ask the person up front. I said there's no one up front out pops a man from a room on a phone. I asked him to see the lizards. He says hold on a minute. He looks at me and he says we have no lizards. Very bad employee customer relationship. The first two women one of them should have been able to help me with my problem. The second woman should have been able to help me with the problem. The third man should have been able to help me with my problem. No number to call to report the bad service

Website calendar does “coincide” with what they have on the books in store. Extremely rude and unwilling to see how frustrating this is from a customer perspective. Was told they’re “working on it” but was told that in April 2023 and then again in October 2023 so whatever “work” they’re doing isn’t fast. Hate to give a 1 star but when you can’t even schedule for service and no understanding is given it leaves no choice.

I'm trying to avoid to go to this store because the woman that works there is extremely rude and always makes me feel unwelcome . First time I thought she might just had a bad day , but now I see that she is just really rude as it is .

We take our GSDs; Dakota and Alex here for grooming with Amber, she is amazing, very knowledgeable and experienced. Our fur kids always look fab when we come to pick them up. Thank you Amber!

Took my two sweet, excited little daughters to Petsense to get supplies for our new kittens which our neighbor has given us. Woman at the store was so condescending and rude to us as we asked questions about what the kittens needed. Clearly, we are here to buy these things because we care about these animals and want to do well for them. She was super nasty to us. Then our daughter went to pick out a new fish to replace our 6 year old fish that had died(hey, that's a long happy fish life). She made a beeline to cut us off and make accusatory remarks about the fish , too. What type of pet police badge did you get Miss meanypants? We came in feeling great about our new adventure and left feeling like we had been accused of being some kind of cat murderers looking for victims.*Edited to add Yes, this was at Petsense. My mistake not to check for autocorrect.

I just want to express that I want to buy fish. The staff asked me if I have any questions? I said I wanted to buy fish. The employee asked me which one I wanted. I asked the male staff to check the price, and he said it was no problem. I chose the cheaper one and asked for three. The male staff member said it was okay, but the female staff member asked for four if I wanted one. I thought it would be okay to have one more. I replied that there was no problem, but the male staff brought me the fish, and the woman asked me to pay first. When I paid, I wanted to say that I still needed fish food. The female staff asked me directly how big the fish tank was, and I said it was small. , she said no, no, no,? It was too small, so I said it was okay and I could buy it. I went to the supermarket to buy it. They looked disgusted with me and told me that there was no fish tank and they couldn’t buy fish today. I'm speechless. What kind of attitude is there? There's no fish to buy anywhere. I glanced at her after I left and she disliked me. What does she mean by shaking her head? I want to order online too. What a bad attitude. I need to find another employee. I don’t like this woman either, she’s disrespectful

I went into the Enterprise location optimistic as I had no issues with any other I had gone to. This location is the closest one to me but still 59 miles away. I took my dog in to get her nails trimmed. I was informed that walk in's were not accepted after 11:30 am (it was 11:42am). Where is this posted on their website? Where is this posted at the store for customers to see? Nowhere. Why is their policy different than every single other petsense I have gone into? Why do Florida store have zero issues taking in walk-ins with one groomer yet this one will not?So not only was my time wasted, but also my gas and in this economy people can not afford to go to businesses only to be told, Oh too bad your 11 minutes past the time that is not posted to get a service done. Seriously? Done with this location, they will never see me again. I hope something is done to rectify this policy that is not posted, as this is a horrible way to conduct business.

I usually go to Petsense in Florida but since moving and enterprise is closer, went to this location. I brought my service dog in training to get her nails trimmed since I can't due to my disability. They said that they couldn't do her nails due to it being past 1130am and short staffed. There's nothing on website or in store that says this. Also said only grooming could be done which nail Trimming is part of grooming. At the other stores i never ran into this issue when they were short staffed and still did my dogs nails. Wasted gas, time, and caused undue stress. It's already hard for me to get out and I have to rely on other people for transportation. Will never come to this location again. I will be calling corporate.

Staff was very friendly and took care of my pup well. I’m aggravated that there is no posted pricing. When I paid only thing I was told was I was charged for a full service. I have no idea what they did. He looks better than when I took him. I did have to trim more by his eyes so he could see. Hope to see prices and service inquiry in the near future or we’ll go elsewhere.
