I rarely leave reviews for any business. However after having my storage unit broken into and my belongings stolen I feel this company deserves it. I rented a storage unit from this company and after showing up to check it before moving stuff in, I find that the unit already had items in it. They assigned me to another unit but did not change it in their records. Right before moving out, I discover someone else’s belongs in my unit and my stuff was missing. I do not recommend this business as there is obviously an issue with the record keeping method. While renting, there were also mice in my unit and water leakage. Don’t trust them with your valuables.

We used the location in Daleville. The place is run down and infested with bugs and mice. Paid 95.00 a month per unit, had 2 units. Ceiling was falling down inside as well. Would not recommend to anyone.

Do Not use this facility. They have cameras that don't work, offer no onsite security at all, and you rent at your own risk. I stored some items for about 3 months while I was stationed temporarily elsewhere. When I returned a new lock had been placed on my unit, placed by the absentee managers. My unit had a non-operating camera directly on it, but I am sure the person who removed my lock knew that. Items were stolen but the operator informed me I had signed an agreement and I had rented at my own risk. They basically told me it was my own fault for my unit being broken into. Don't waste your money here, find a place that has a controlled access gate and a working security surveillance system. This place is a scam. It may be cheap, but you'll get what you pay for.

Rucker storage has a great location right outside the base. The units are clean, well maintained, and had the best pricing in town. Management was extremely friendly and made great recommendations as to the size that would fit my needs. I highly recommend using Rucker Storage.
