I don't remember who cut my hair, but after I got screwed by another haircut place, the lady who cut my hair here was able to fix it into a more appealing cut. overall really good

I will take my phone somewhere tomorrow to see what the issue is. 3. If you look at other comments I have made, there is a different tone & mindset. 4. If you look at other posts, they are not just Mary. Ironically, I did get a bad hair cut last week but it was not your shop, it was close to Publix. THAT HAPPENED, no post. My sincere apologies to all of you. Perhaps I may still be allowed in? Yes, I will use the back door. People are becoming more horrid by the day.

My recent visit to Salon Envy in Enterprise, Alabama fell short of my expectations. The appointment took an excessive eight hours for a balayage treatment. Excessive hair teasing caused tangles that required multiple staff members to untangle over a couple of hours. Foil application took an unnecessary two hours. Some sections of my hair were initially missed during toning and required correction. Despite these issues, I was charged the full price. My hair looks good but it should NOT have taken 8 hours to do! Overall, my experience was disappointing.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Booked an appointment with Danielle, who had previously cut my daughters hair(which she was 1hr late starting). I showed up 5 min before my scheduled time, was greeted by another stylist told them I was there for my appt. I sat on the couch 6ft away from Danielle for 45 minutes, (which was 10 min past my scheduled appt) she didn't even acknowledging I was there. I was on a schedule and didn't have 1 1/2 hrs for a 30 min haircut, so I told her I couldn't wait anymore. She then said sorry, but I now get to attend my daughters graduation without my haircut since I don't have any time to go anywhere else. Frustrating to day the least.Service: Haircut

Absolutely the best salon I have ever been to. Rachel and Danielle have both done an amazing job on my hair, but every stylist in here does a wonderful job from what I have seen. Highly recommend this salon!
