Not only are the people here friendly, they are EXTREMELY knowledgeable about olive oil. The owner is often in there and can tell you which region each oil comes from, what time if year certain oils are pressed. I wouldn't be surprised if he knew the tree the olives in a certain bottle came from!

What a great selection of delicious oils, balsamic vinegars, and other treats. Valerie was so friendly and helpful as she helped my spouse and I find what we were looking for. We were able to try some very interesting infusions and will definitely be returning when we run out of what we purchased!
