The u Haul office was a good experience but the truck itself was very difficult to drive. The seat wouldn’t move up and being short it was very hard to get to the gas petal.

No help at all threw the keys on counter said numbers match booked a car hauler yes it was late the day before BUT the service center said they had it and rented it to me. Apparently no communication between them and everyone else.

It was easy to reschedule pick up and drop off when our plans changed. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

The team was helpful and very nice, I just find it odd to be issued a truck with misaligned steering, a TPMS light on, so many marks about the vehicle and lastly, having my AC go out on me for my last 400 miles was pretty sad. Additionally the vehicle dolly wheel well on the passenger side was halfway broken.I understand continuing to use something if it’s still functional (get all you can out of it before maintenance IOT maximize profits) but I was just disappointed as this has been very contrary to my other U-Haul experiences.

Good helpful folks with all the uhaul resources. One of the only full-service uhaul locations in the area. They are all the boxes and packing materials you could want as well towing supplies and vehicle servicing for towing.

The equipment that was "guaranteed" was broken when I arrived for pickup (it wasn't checked beforehand). The replacement was much harder to load/unload which put us way behind schedule and forced us to pay for an extra day of rental even though it wasn't our fault.

Great location. One of the best Uhaul locations I've used. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large variety of packing supplies, trucks, and trailers.
