The equipment that was "guaranteed" was broken when I arrived for pickup (it wasn't checked beforehand). The replacement was much harder to load/unload which put us way behind schedule and forced us to pay for an extra day of rental even though it wasn't our fault.

Great location. One of the best Uhaul locations I've used. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large variety of packing supplies, trucks, and trailers.

Used this location several times and love it! They just recently expanded the location inside and have a huge selection of inventory! Anything you need. They will soon have a three story climate controlled storage building. There are several more useful services they offer as well like dumpster dumping for $8 a use.

Really nice employees but we had an odd issue with the truck rental so double check the equipment already on the truck before leaving. The green tabs they have on the equipment indicate to them if you used the equipment. We had a dolly on the truck that already had the green tab removed before we rented it. Of course we didn't notice and when we returned they told us we had to be charged the equipment fee for every day we had it. It could've been a one off accident but definitely be cautious of that.

First time renting a truck and I was impressed with how convenient it was great service and a convenient location very nice store great service and a nice truck very satisfied and will be back when I need help again

I was very happy that the manager Kristin and her employee helped me out with a very stressful situation that occurred with my delivery of my Ubox containers. I highly recommend working with this Uhaul location, however, if you decide to use Ubox services, be careful. The schedulers for Ubox pickup and delivery are not at this location and they are not helpful or nice at all. Thankfully this location was able to assist me with the issue. Great people!

We have used this place twice and the staff are always friendly. If we need another uhaul we will definitely be using this locations.
