Not very happy with this location. Went in for info on giving my sister a phone and getting her set up with service. The young woman "helping" us wasn't much interested since we weren't buying a phone with lots of extras.
We'll try another store.

My husband and I came into the store about 6 pm and had the best experience with Celesta. I came in for a new Apple Watch since my old one stopped working, and Celesta went above and beyond. She helped me with all my needs, answered every question, and offered the best deals/solutions for our plan. Additionally, she wasn’t trying to upsell everything but instead we talked and laughed like we had known each other for years. Hands down the best experience I have ever had! I will definitely be recommending Celesta to everyone.

If I could go lower than a 1 star I absolutely would!! This store is by far one of the worst stores I have ever had the displeasure of working with!! Going to upgrade a phone and run into issues with the system and instead of the clerk trying to help me he says call telesales. This is everytime I come to this store they do not want to help anyone and want to push it off to the phone sales. If I’ve had a problem with tech support in this store they will not help and tell you to call. The store rep today said after I asked if he’s not gonna call to find out the issue with their system he flat out said “no, if I gotta hold your hand through the process, then you have problems.” What the heck kinda service is this!! Please if you can go anywhere else do so and do not deal with this store. It’s absolutely garbage lately!

My boyfriend and I came in tonight at 6pm (they close at 7pm) & had the easiest/fastest visit with Simone! My boyfriend got a new phone, case & screen protector while I got just a protector. All of this in less than 30 mins. Simone greeted us immediately even though she was busy with a customer. I came to her when she was free & she was such a warm & sweet spirit. Made the whole process easy & kept us laughing. Go by & see Simone for any of your phone needs (:

If i could i would give zero stars. Me and my husband went in the store tonight to get his account straightened out. There was a younger woman who assisted us and was all out rude to us . We told her what was going on and what we needed and was asking for guidance or help to the situation and she was so unhelpful and acted like we didn’t belong in the store. We gave her his license since they ask for it every other time we go. She rudely asked how old he was without looking or even acknowledging his i’d . We then proceeded telling her what the problem was and she went on to say well you’re a child it’s childish and that he was talking in codes and she wasn’t understanding it . He then told her again what was going on and that’s when she said the child part . The whole problem we were having is someone had hacked his Verizon account and charged him 2,000 dollars. What are you not understanding about that how is any of that talking in codes . How are we childish when we are trying to resolve the problem for being charged for something we didn’t do . DO BETTER . I can assure you that’s not how employees should talk or act. As soon as we can we will not be going back to Verizon at all we will be swapping. Verizon in total just sucks as is.

Outstanding service from this store. We moved our service to Verizon after being with our old carrier for over 20 years. Cade was very professional and left no stone unturned when advising us on our new Verizon account. First class store!

Couldn't fix my issue on my bill. Gave me a website and phone number to call. I was put on hold and spent a lot of time waiting for person to solve the problem. Was told it could take one or two billing cycles to rectify the overcharge. If problem not solved I will probably switch phone service.
