Love Walgreens, they just need to fix their parking lot. Way too much traffic traveling through from the main street.

The lady at the pharmacy drive thru today treated me very poorly today. It’s not my fault that this pharmacy refilled my prescription for over a year with an expired prescription. Month after month they always just refilled it. I just assumed they called it in to the doctor to have it corrected when I tried to explain to her that I needed it and I was out she just kept repeating herself in a rude manner that it was expired, I wasn’t mad nor upset but I was calm and confused. I was so calm and she still had a bad taste in her mouth to talk to me like I was the idiot. I will not be coming back to this Walgreens ever again. Bryan’s pharmacy is my new pharmacy now. Also I heard her talking bad about me when I drove away with my windows down. She still had her speaker on. Sad poor example of customer service. She could have been nicer about it.
Edit: I found my old bottle and it literally says I have 3 refills left that expire Dec 2025 from Walgreens. Whatever this lady was reading on her screen was inaccurate and I was right to get my refill.

The store was clean and welcoming, but the associate I encountered in the pharmacy was not as welcoming and was definitely not friendly. I have been getting prescriptions filled at Walmart using GoodRX, which is cheaper than using my insurance on certain meds. The associate told me in an argumentative tone that they couldn't accept prescriptions for controlled substances without the doctor putting my address and date of birth on the prescriptions. I have been getting the same medications from Walmart for over a year now, and have never had the doctor write this information on the prescriptions. She, again in a rough tone, told me it was AL law. I am understanding to the fact there are laws to abide by. I wasn't upset about what she said so much as the delivery she used. I am glad I got to experience the much better experience at CVS! The medications were even less expensive there, and the service was exceptional!

The Walgreens in Enterprise is under staffed and takes a long time to get your medications filled. The location is extremely difficult to get in and out of. The staff is always helpful and friendly but seem to be overworked.

Great location, but hard to get in/out of since people use their parking lot to cut through traffic! Clean and the staff are helpful.

This used to be a great place but in the last 4 years is went downhill. The pharmacy is consistently running out of medications that I have been taking for over 10 years which I end up have to get them filled somewhere else and pay out of my pocket because the other places do not take Tricare

Went to fill my daughter meds at this location after I was told on the phone it was ready, when I came in they said no someone in Troy already picked it up, come to find out that it was a medicine from a year prior talk about pay attention, not acceptable.
