I don't understand how people are still banking at Wells Fargo, their costumer service is awful. I don't have an account with them but I come deposit a check for my employer once a week. Their lines as is are awful with one teller on the window helping everyone. Now you can't even come prepared because they can't give you a deposit slip to take with you. So you have to waste more time writing down the deposit slip and hold the line.Wells Fargo do better ! You already have a bad reputation.

Got a letter in the mail saying they are closing down my card Jan 23 w an account that I have held for over 10 yrs bc "card issued to "my full first name, middle initial, and last name is inconsistent w anyone who is authorized to transact on the account. To keep your info safe from potential fraud activity this card will be closed on Jan 2023." WTH? I called corporate, they said it's a glitch but that I STILL have to go to a local branch w my id and they will fix it. He said he even got a letter. He was very nice but no one has time to go to this branch I know I will wait hours to get a "glitch" fixed there. I called the local enterprise office and went thru a ton of prompts and couldn't get anyone on the phone. So I decided to call all in credit union to see if they answer and what all I need to open an account. Was talking to someone within a min and they were so patient and nice and answered every question I had. All In is definitely getting my biz and I'm gonna leave Wells Fargo behind like I should have years ago.

I had fraud charges done to my account it my account in the negative my husband lost whole pay check to it and my father law lost money your branch manger in enterprise AL wells Fargo making it out to be my fault so was your customer service people 1800 that took money from my family my kids had no food that week my child about got kicked out of daycare yall are saying we need pay yall back we can't close the account I will never bank with Wells Fargo aging

Their service is terrible.I got skim they made me wait 10 days and still not reserved and they want me to wait 20 more days low-key thinking about moving down can anybody give me a better bank?

I wish this branch would get their act together. not enough tellers or bankers. Customers lined up out the door. wait times are very inconvenient.

I went to the drive up ATM, and it gave me an error message. Thinking that this machine wasn’t working, I pulled around to the front to try the other one. It took my debit card, and I couldn’t retrieve it. I knocked on the door (they had just closed) to ask if they could help get my card out of the machine. A lady named Jenny came to the door and proceeded to yell through the door. I told her that I couldn’t hear her well because it was noisy outside and asked if she could open the door. She said, “I’m not letting you inside. We have the vault open and we are closed.” I told her that I wasn’t asking to come inside, but I would appreciate it if she came outside so I could hear her half of the conversation. She came outside and was very rude. I asked if she could help get my card from the ATM, and she said they didn’t service the ATM’s so there was nothing she could do. I asked for a temporary card, to which she rudely informed me that Wells Fargo hasn’t done since April. I asked to withdraw money from my account since neither ATM were able to help me, she informed me they were closed. I told her I’m a single parent, and I don’t have access to my money any other way than my debit card and I couldn’t be without it until Monday. She said all I can do is show you how to link your debit card to your phone. I said, “We live in southern Alabama, many places don’t have capability to use Apple Pay. What do I do if I can’t find anywhere that takes payment that way?” She said, “Then you go somewhere else.” At this point I’m beyond frustrated because I’ve been extremely inconvenienced by this bank, and an employee of the bank has not offered a single solution. She’s done nothing but roll her eyes and act as if I’m bothering her. At one point, she even said, “Do you want me to help you or not?” I don’t expect better treatment because I have been a customer of this bank since 2012, I expect better treatment because I am a person. I understand that the bank had closed five minutes before I knocked on the door, but given the situation, she could have offered some type of solution. So I’ll be returning this week, only to close out the account that I’ve had for my entire adult life. I work hard for my money, and I should have access to it. And when unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent me from having access to my money, a little bit of compassion is not too much to ask for. I’m appalled that a person in customer service would treat someone this way, not only because I spent many years in customer service, but more importantly because I give people the respect that I would like to have back. Wells Fargo and I clearly don’t share that same core value.

Never in my life have I ever sat in the drive-thru line for so long. 50 minutes, my husband and I waited for them to process 5-6 people ahead of us and then another 15 minutes for them to cash our check. I will never cheat on Elba Wells Fargo again.

No wonder this branch has 2.7 stars and to be honest they don’t deserve that many stars. They’re awful. I’ll never use this bank for my personal use. Only reason why I visit this bank is because the company I work for, banks with them ....after switching from another bank that closed down. Worse decision ever. Awful customer service!

I’m pulling all my money out of this bank and over to All In where they treat me with respect and our not rude every time I need something like all the employees at Wells Fargo! The German accent lady at the drive through is continuously rude every single time!!! Remember your not anything without your customers!!!!!
