They ran ran into a few minor hiccups with my vehicle (Nature of the business) and kept me informed every bit of the way. They went out of their way to ensure that anything and everything was resolved before releasing my vehicle back to me.

Pros-Friendly group of people. They replaced a factory windshield and removed dents and scratches out of my Mache Mustang. Looks amazeing like nothing ever happened. They were exceptional in helping me through the process to get it fixed.10/10 recommend. Con- took a lil longer but was expected due to unforeseen.

Assurance America was the insurance company they had to fight with from canceling my rental, to not giving them their adjustable checks. But Impressive stayed on them. Impressive Got everything done! My car fix wonderfully with great customer service! I can’t thank them enough! I have used them several time in the past but this time they out did themselves! Thank you!
