About Lakepoint State Park Lodge
Lakepoint State Park Lodge is a peaceful and enjoyable destination offering a variety of amenities and activities. Guests appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff, especially those at the front desk and restaurant, who provide excellent service. The lodge features clean and comfortable rooms, with some guests noting the beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are well-designed. However, some rooms and facilities could benefit from updates, and the kitchen utensils are basic, so guests often bring their own if needed. The lodge is situated near a beautiful lake, which offers stunning views and opportunities for fishing, boating, and exploring nature. Guests have seen curious alligators close to the boat ramp and enjoy the scenic surroundings. The pool area is refreshing, though some outdoor furniture appears a little neglected, with broken chairs and umbrellas. The cottage accommodations are cozy and functional, with some minor inconveniences like door locks and limited kitchenware. Dining at the lodge's restaurant receives high praise for good food and friendly service. Visitors often mention the relaxing atmosphere, the natural beauty of the area, and the chance to see wildlife. Overall, Lakepoint State Park Lodge is a great place for a quiet getaway, especially for those who enjoy outdoor activities and scenic views.

Nicely updated with lovely decore, plenty of outlets, and balcony. A nice table with two chairs for eating with more seating choices available. A buffet style restaurant with beautiful views is within covered walking distance. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. We truly enjoyed and would return.
