Love love this place hidden gem. The artwork is amazing, learned a lot while there. Very peaceful and organized. Free parking is always a plus. When you go please support their gift shop or them in any fashion that you can afford. I recommend everyone to support them by visiting them and telling others about them.

Stumbled upon a beautiful exhibit this past weekend that has me excited for my next visit. Seeing yourself reflected back to you through art is such an empowering experience, and I am grateful to have been in community with so many cultures Black peoples celebrating our art. Definitely recommend visiting and picking up something from the gift shop.

Black art gallery located in East Point. Free private parking lot. Entrance is free, however I encourage everyone to support by giving a monetary donation, purchasing art, or shopping in the gift store. Follow their social media pages or sign up for their mailing list for updates on events. Coming up soon (2/16 - 3/25) is The art and stories of women - Her voice sings. Stunning, beautiful, phenomenal and thought provoking art. This place is spectacular, from the gallery, gift shop, and garden; we're so fortunate to have this gem in Atlanta.

BAIA is amazing! Run, don't walk to this beautifully curated space for black art. The gallery graciously opened its doors to host a private event for The Howard University Alumni Club of Atlanta, and it didn't disappoint. The Art Garden is awesome as well. Check it out! You won't be disappointed!

What a gift to Metro Atlanta and abroad! I highly recommend a visit to the Gallery- the work is breathtaking. You will want to own a piece. This Gallery is making big waves and will certainly be an asset in placing some of our local artists on the map and in our homes. I will be actively visiting, and patronizing as there are pieces priced for all levels (me being a beginner collector- can acquire a garden piece for $50!)

I found out about this gallery from an event listing on Eventbrite. The Galleria's located in College Park. It was a really nice space. It was curated very well in my opinion. We started outside and there was some nice seating and art incorporated into pictures hanging outside and art sculpture pieces throughout. So it's very interesting things to see. And I like the idea of just sitting back relaxing and looking at the art. The inside flowed very well a lot of the pictures were nice and colorful. Interesting pieces. I like that throughout the gallery they have a QR code with a different artist close to the picture and it was a audio reading talking to you about the pieces. So it was a great way to find out things about the peace without just having to read a little snippet. You could actually hear about it. The pieces were also available for sale. Ranging in pieces costs in a couple of hundred dollars going up to pieces that cost thousands of dollars. But everything was stunning and so interesting to see. I would definitely go back to see if they rotate out art and see if I can find an artist that I would really like.

Great gallery featuring really high quality art from noted artists from around the world. They feature cultural programming, artist talks, exhibitions, public art, and community engagement programs. The space is newly renovated and includes and outdoor garden/seating space filled with plants, flowers, and art.

The very essence of self expression brought to life. Worth every minute of your time, attention, and money. If a picture is worth a thousand words....then BAIA has seriously exhausted it's words!!!!!!
