I guess you could go in a pinch. Mainly canned and frozen food. Inspect anything you are interested in very well before buying it. A lot of things looked like they had been there a long time. It's to be expected in a small town, but the staff don't seem to do much in the way of stock rotation.

This afternoon I met my husband at piggly wiggly in Eutaw. He had just purchased groceries. We shop there often in an effort to support our small community. My elderly sister went inside and ask to use the restroom. She was told NO because the bathroom was for employees only. I was shocked. I wonder if this is even legal. I’m currently checking to see if this is illegal, and who to contact about this cruelty. Better business bureau? Corporate office? Centers for the aging? The current franchise owner? It caused her physical distress, it caused me emotional distress. Not only will we never go to this store again, but other customers need to be aware of this “policy.” Especially the elderly, but also anyone who plans to spend time and money in a store that places so little value on the comfort or health of their customers.

Way too freaking and expensive and the cashier's behave as if I made them work there. There's one or two that's decently polite, but most are not pleasant.
