“On my move from TX to GA I noticed that the tail lights on my UHaul trailer were not working. Turns out the light wire had fallen loose somewhere along the way and dragged the ground damaging the wire. My GPS told me that this was the nearest dealer so I detoured off to see if I could get a new light harness. When I got there (On a Sunday) the door was locked and I started walking back to my truck to find the next place. The door opened and the owner (Mr. Hardy?) came out and said they weren't opened but he happened to be there and how could he help? I explained the situation and he said he thought he might have one in the office. After searching for a few minutes he did find one and came out and replaced the damaged one. I asked him what I owed him and he declined payment and told me to have a safe trip. Very kind man and I appreciate that he opened up for me on his day off. Most people wouldn't have even answered the door. Two thumbs up!”
