Had a tire issue on the interstate, maps brought us to this O'Reilly's, (I belive James is who helped us); bought several tools to try and get the spare off (we didn't have the special key), he loaned us an angle grinder (we just had to buy the cut off wheels) to cut the cable as last resort. A local customer that frequents this store offered to let us use his air pump to pump up the spare. All so very kind. Thank you!!!”
