I went there and the pharmacist that had called me that morning concerning my medicine personally greeted me told me to give him 10 minutes, it only took about 6 minutes then he personally brought my prescription to me check me out and was very helpful professional and even his appearance was outstanding. I am moving all of my prescriptions to this CVS located in Evergreen Alabama.

My experience at the CVS in Evergreen, Alabama’s is always a pleasant one. The people and customer service are excellent also. The store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacy and pharmacist are excellent as well. They offer weekly sales through out the store and an Extra Care program to further cut cost for their customers. This is why CVS gets 5 stars from me.

I just wanted to let CVS know that their staff in Evergreen Alabama was so helpful and patient. They were beyond busy but still gave my family wonderful care. The pharmacist Kendra and her two techs (awesome ladies!) were wonderful!! At closing on Friday they did everything possible to help us locate a needed medication. There also was a darling young man named Carson who was just precious. It is so nice to actually meet genuine caring people in today's world.

The pharmacist Jenny has a horrible attitude. My husband pays too much for insurance at work for someone that is supposed to be educated and have common sense to act the way she does! I say if she doesn’t like her job, leave and allow someone with decency to serve the community!!

Called to make an appointment for second Covid vaccine. I was told to call back at 5 to make an appointment and I did. The attendant was so unprofessionally, "Oh sweetie, you need to go to CVS.com", she said. Ok well, wondering why she didn't instruct me to do that initially. I called back because there were no available dates after September 1st. She tried to over-talk me when I was asking my questions which led me to raise my voice a little. She asked me, "Why are you raising your voice?" My reply was, " If you wouldn't have tried to over-talk me, then this wouldn't have happened. So unprofessional and we have to deal with people like this. I don't know her name and I don't care. Do better is all I have to say.

We were on a long road trip and our son needed cough medicine. We went out of our way to come to this location because their hours listed online said they were open until 9:00 pm. They’re not. Please update your information.

They have a Cust Svc. rep/pharmacy assistant named Jared who is absolutely the best. I love it when he answers the phone. Unfortunately, the other Cust Svc. Reps are horrid, rude, and absolutely as unhelpful as humanly possible.. Just to let you know the pharmacisr.Mr.Mcmanus is wonderful, and we'll respected.
