This FedEx location in Evergreen Alabama keeps delivering my packages at a gate saying it’s gated in which it is not!
It’s in the woods about two blocks away from our physical address, and it’s a torn down gate and it is a full opening
They take a close up photo so their employer can’t see the surroundings. The packages have been rained on and or have been wet from extreme moisture. It leaks through the boxes ruining the items in the packages.
I filed a complaint regarding delivery from this location. I have requested numerous times to deliver to the physical address.
The driver should have to pay for the damages to our packages. Walmart has said that if this continues they will cancel their contract with FEDX

We have had nothing but problems ever since the switch to Evergreen! These last two weeks our driver has delivered our packages to the wrong house. Not just ours, but our neighbors packages also. We have an easement between our houses for the house in the back and they have drove right past us both and delivered them to the house in the back. The people are moving out so we have had to go back there and hunt for our packages. The other day I found one in the woods leaned up against a tree. Tonight I found my package on their porch. My address number is clearly posted on my house specifically for FedEx because they seem to be the only delivery company we have problems with, and yet they still want to deliver everything to the back house! You have to scan every package, so obviously you can see the address numbers and names are different! We aren't the only ones having trouble with FedEx, the whole town is & it's getting ridiculous! Can you please get your driver's to do better!

I have had 2 deliveries from Sam’s Club that was marked delivered with stuff missing. Today I had a partial delivery only receiving 2 items out of 5 and on July 8th I had the same. Sam’s Club is making it right by the issue is with FedEx not delivering all my boxes and marking delivered on boxes not delivered! This is getting old.

Fed ex is terrible. The drivers are super slow if they cant read a GPS. My package has been held up for seven days.

The one star is because 0 isn’t an option. Ever since the switch to the evergreen location, getting packages has been a nightmare. They are usually out for delivery on their trucks for up to a week. If they are delivered, it’s to the wrong house one day, then the next day it’s delivered to the correct house. Example of the inconsistency- November 22nd my package was delivered to the wrong address. Have no clue where they left it. I never received it. Reached out to FedEx and the only thing that happened was a text every day for 3 days at 4:30am to tell me my package says it was delivered, despite it not coming to me. November 23rd, another package arrives to my front door, as it should. Fast forward to November 30th and my delivery update says they can’t find my street address- will try later. So, for the next three days my package says on truck for delivery, yet never gets delivered. So, in 7 days time my road just disappeared? Makes it make sense. It’s really not difficult to use a gps system or read house/mailbox numbers, yet this companies drivers make it seem like you need to be a rocket scientist to deliver packages.

Not good all the way, false updates, delivers to the wrong address, bc of that have to stay home ( 2days now)to get the package, 7hrs later it's STILL not here

They don't communicate with you so you don't know when or if your package will be deliveredThe Package was delivered today, Very nice young ladynamed Chris, excellent attitude and customer Service from her,took a while to get my AC but, she made it much better. I give her a 20 rating, thanks

We've had several issues with FedEx but this last delivery was absolutely ridiculous! We all were outside dealing with a serious situation and he pulled up blasting music. He looked directly at us and never turned it down then he threw one of the boxes down so hard it slammed against my porch chair and literally doubled the box in half!!!
