This location is horrible. Established a legitimate business account. Met all the requirements. Mailed a letter weeks later that they’ll be closing my account due to a reason that has already been resolved. Lack of detail to my customer service needs. No phone call. Only to be met with “NO ANSWERS” with proof. When I say disappointed. Established a business account with the very institution that cause the confusion to address any questioning of my integrity.

The bank manager was very rude and was not trying to actually help the teller, but instead of helping didn't care whether I remained a customer or not. She told the teller to just withdraw my money and send me on because she didn't want to deal with my problem.

I went to cash a insurance check from a settlement. It was BBVA check.The cashier said that Company that issued the check did a stop payment on the check. This check I tried to cash had just came in the mail the same day by FedEx. The cashier never called to verify if the check was good or not. All the cashier did was go and get his manager. They was not helpful at all. I took the same check that BBVA said they had a stop payment on it and cash it at Walmart. If you dont want to help your customers you need to find another job. They lie to be about not being able to cash a insurance check. Kim

I come here strictly because of work. Every single time I come UNLESS I go to the night deposit, I wait upwards past 10 minutes. Most of the time I'm not even sure what the issue is. I've worked as a teller and seriously can not fathom why as a drive thru attendant you aren't capable of answering two cars at once. I arrived around 1:10 and didn't leave until 1:22 and I only had one small deposit (under $300). Why??
