Poor customer service.
I had to wait for at least 10 minutes for a bathroom key and immediately after I asked for it, the sales associate by the name of Konecia was disrespectful about it.
She said “you’ve been here before, in fact, you go here everyday. You should’nt ask for it.”
Prices are okay, I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if you want quick, respectful customer service.

This store really needs more attention from the district management and corporate! The items are unavailable, shelves are empty some looking junky and need restocking! Apparently it’s not enough employees working there! It check out line is closed except one person working it. I asked another employee standing up front near another cashier blowing up balloons was she open? She replied, “No” and continue blowing up balloons to decorate the store I guess, bc it wasn’t for a customer! And the one open cashier line had about 6-7 people in it to be waited on. Now what was more important?!!Finally, she looked up and decided she would open her line for service after a good while to take customers!It’s been a good while since I’ve visited this store and it will be a long time before I go back. I was on this side of town and needed to find an item at The $1.25 Store.

I went in this dollar store in Fairfield on 9/18/2023 at 2:08 pm and this register person denied me a bag at this location because I had one item. A customer that was leaving had to give me one of her bags. She had a very nasty attitude towards me . I don't know her name but she was a heavy set lightskin black woman. She doesn't need to be working at this location if she can't give customer service.
