“Super cool and nice people. I moved out of Birmingham and Alabama 2 years ago. However, forgot a few of my shirts with them. They called me a few times and I couldn’t pick their call thinking why is someone calling me from Alabama. Somehow I picked up their call once and they told me that they had my shirts. “Hands down one of the best cleaners/alterers I have ever used. Not only do they do an excellent job with cleaning, pressing, and stain removal, but their repairs and hems are incredible. They were able to repair a button on the back of my Burberry trench (which involved deconstructing the coat, fixing the button, and putting the coat back together), and repair a vertical tear along the button line to a Marni button-down without it being noticeable. They have removed old drink/food stains from numerous coats and jackets (easily >5-year-old stains) that we assumed were lost causes. “Clean facility and all of the machines appear to be in good working order. The older white machines, which seem bigger, have a sign instructing not to use for comfortors, but this seems counterintuitive because I don't know that my linens will wash as well in the smaller machines. We shall see. Glad the laundromat is fairly convenient to home otherwise.”

“I wanted the sleeves to a blouse shortened. The buttons(3 each sleeve) were removed.The sleeves were turned up, twice, the folding was tacked in place. The buttons were sewnon the fold of the cuff. I was not measured by a person who knows how to alter garments(red flag). Spoke with owner, ask me to bring the blouse back, so he or an employee can seethe blouse and decide what to do. The company needs to hire a seamstress who knows how to do alterations. The button holes were covered by the buttons, can’t button cuffs.”

“Been here several times and never had a bad experience, most customers are quiet, disciplined and keep to themselves. Good parking with a short walk to the laundromat. It gets crowded at times so make sure to plan accordingly. They have rolling carts that you can use to bring your laundry inside though the sidewalks don’t have ramps. Good amount of washing machines with various load capacities and some even accept credit cards (tap/chip). Most of the machines accept quarters and they have machines that break bills into quarters. Good amount of seating with a lounge with TV, vending machines (food & soap) and arcade machines.”

“Had to come back and write a better review. Want able to delete my last review but the manager came in and fixed the situation no problem. Attendants weren't there so he came personally to resolve the issue at hand. You just gotta call 100 times but that's ok.”
