First time going inside this bank and I had to speak with a manager/etc.. so I sat down and the wait time wasn't too bad. It gave me an opportunity to see one of the branch managers named Skylar walk a customer out to their car. That was actually beautiful to see. When he returned, he asked if I needed any assistance and took care of us. He sang a lil song, engaged with my son (who was also present) and casually asked if I needed any other banking products. I sincerely appreciate your wonderful customer service! U actually make me want to "keep" my Regions account after all the other mishaps I've had with them. Thank u!

The tellers are very rude,very dismissive and need to take a customer service class.Ms.Takisha was great,very polite,and helped me quickly!

This bank is nice but the service is slow. 1 teller and there were a lot of people in line. I waited a bit to close my accounts. The man that helped me and completed my request quickly.

I've been upset with Regions about their policies but the outstanding service I have received at the Lakeshore branch and the extremely way one Banker at the Fairfield branch have me extremely happy right now. This is after a huge mistake was made at the Bessemer branch. Companies need to recognize how important their employees are to their businesses' success. I actually drive miles to certain branches to ensure I don't have the mistakes repeated at the Bessemer office.

Stopped in to make a deposit and also needed to get my name changed as I am recently married. I wasn't sure what I needed for the process but they were able to point me in the right direction. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and made the process so much easier. I was in and out in no time!

This is THE worst branch with THE absolute worst service I have ever seen! I travel around the city for my job and have to make deposits at various branches daily. This particular branch (Fairfield) Is horrible! I do not know how or why they have any customers! It literally takes hours just to go through the drive thru & make a deposit! As a bonus, the employees are rude & slow. I don't even say hello or good morning anymore, what's the point, they NEVER respond. I am currently sitting in the commercial line there are 4 cars ahead of me & I've been sitting here, in 100+ heat, for 52 minutes! Ridiculous! I wouldn't recommend this branch of Regions to my worst enemy!

This bank has THE worst service of any bank I’ve ever been in! I work for a company where I travel & use different branches daily. The Fairfield, AL branch is ridiculous! It should not take 45 minutes to get through a drive through line with 4 cars in it! This is not a one time experience, this happens weekly.The employees are rude & slow. I pray that I won’t have cash customers because I hate having to sit in the burning sun for over an hour just to make a deposit!

Great branch, great bank! Our banker, Tanisha Parker, took good care of us and we were able to open a joint account immediately. No hassle, just wonderful customer service. Everyone at that branch treated us very courteously and knowledgeably. Best banking experience ever! Highly recommend. A+
