“Busted front right tire hitting a curb in the middle of a parking lot. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good spare with us. Honeycutt Towing got dispatched to our rescue. “We traveled from Maryland for the Thanksgiving holiday and needed some work done on our Volvos prior to driving back home. The owner Alex, waited for us to arrive although it was near to their closing time. Once we arrived he was efficient and knowledgeable about our cars. Repaired the Volvos and made sure sufficient air was in our tires in record breaking time. We drove back to Maryland without any issues. Great place with exceptional service! If we lived near Birmingham Alex at GTech would be our only mechanic!! Two thumbs UP!!”

“my tire pressure was low on one tire while i was driving on I-65. i called AAA who botched the whole deal because they gave the wrong cell number to Walter( who works for ideal tow and recovery). although he could never touch base with me he decided to come on his own and try to find me. When he removed the bad tire it was split since i had driven it with the low pressure. walter was an angel who help me get back on the road. He was polite and knowledgeable since i drive a Mercedes station wagon the spare tire was hard to get out because it was under the pop up third seat. You can count on Walter if you call Ideal Towing near exit 158 on I 65. Thanks again Walter”

“Came over to Pleasent Grove from Georgia to pick up a Shriner parade vehicle and when backing up my power steering blew a hose. It was Saturday morning and I was without tools and no shops were open except for the Ford dealership about 15 miles away.Called Park Road and he was there within 30 minutes and delivered my truck to the dealership and then drove me to the car rental place nearby and made sure I was on my way home before he left!!You would be foolish to not call them if in need of a tow in the Pleasant Grove area!”

“I have only used Jim & Jim's Body Shop once at the recommendation of a former co-worker. I went there after calling because my driver side mirror was broken off. Instead of paying lots of money to have it replaced, they simply glued it back on. This didn't last very long unfortunately, but longer than having duct tape on my car. I eventually had to have the whole mirror replaced, but overall I was pleased with the work they did.
I didn't find the business rude by any means. They were a courteous staff, and got to work on my car as quickly as they could. I'm soon to have future body work needed on my car due to a car accident, and I'm considering using Jim & Jim's again because they are close to home, and I had a pleasurable experience during my last visit.”
“I do repairs on the side, but anytime there is a job that I cannot do in my drive way for my neighbors I send them to these guys. They've been in business over 20 something years and I remember them as Double D's. They're old school , honest and charge fair prices. I've had to take my vehicles to them as well and I know what i'm doing and talking about and they've never once tried to pull one over on me. I just took a friends vehicle over to get a crank pulley bolt loose after breaking a socket and breaker bar that even two big old boys couldn't get loose. They def had the bigger impact needed for the job, and didn't charge me some ridiculous price to just get a bolt free. I've always turned people their way first, and I want to shout out to them again for confirming I wasn't going crazy with the problem I was having !! Thanks guys !!”

“Driving from Florida, not paying attention to gauge and ran out of gas on the side of I22 around 1am. The gal was out within an hour with a gas can and jumped my car, then followed me to the next gas station to make sure I got there. $75 was surprisingly affordable, paid $90.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF NEED 24HR SERVICE”
