About Western Hills Mall
Western Hills Mall is an indoor shopping center that is currently experiencing decline. While a few clothing stores near the food court remain lively, much of the mall feels outdated and in need of renovation. The interior is clean but shows signs of age, and recently updated restrooms are a plus. There are some tables for dining and rides for kids, making it somewhat family-friendly. Security checks are in place before entering. Despite its faded popularity, the mall still has functioning pay phones, which is appreciated. In its heyday, it was a large, upscale mall with popular stores, but after the nearby Walmart closed, the mall struggled with crime and falling standards. Some stores, like specialty shops, still offer excellent service and help with styling. Overall, Western Hills Mall holds memories but now mostly feels like a mall past its prime.

Honestly most of this mall is not worth your time but they still have functioning pay phones so I give the place 5 stars for that reason alone!

Use to love coming to this Mall. Not as popular as in the earlier years. Needs an overhaul, doover, facelift. Renovate it. Bring back some popular store like it use to be!!!! That would turn things around asap!! Good luck!!!
