At first, it was a 5 star then it dropped to 2 instead. This is ridiculous, I had paid off this loan now all of a sudden when I won't to reborrow, I get a fraud activity on my account which it wasn't my fault. This is pity, corporate knew what they was doing for me not to ask any more funds which on something I wasn't the blame of. That person should've been held accountable for all of it.
