My wife tried to explain to the worker how she wanted a uniform pressed. She was cut off by the worker she stated “I know how to press the military uniform.” Well she did it wrong. Next time let the customer explain to you how they want their clothes pressed. We won’t be back.

Only gave it one as there are no zeros. Took clothes in for the 1st time, went to pick up and waited for 10 minutes for them to find the second load. Upon checking the bags, I noticed that a pair of men's pants were missing. The girls there looked all over and finally gave up. They said a manager would contact me. Well, that was five days ago and still no call from a manager, and yes no pants.
Waiting till Thursday, then time to escalate to BBB and Consumer affairs.

I will never give this business another dime. The girls that work there are beyond rude. I picked up my cleaning today. I walked in, said hello to the young woman working she said nothing. Another co-worker came up to ring up my order and she was also very rude. I paid and never received a thank you for your business. I don’t see how they stay n business.Service: Clothes pressing

I tried patronizing this business but they are very rude and unprofessional! The weekend help is awful and the weekday staff is less than charming as well. The seamstress don't want to work. Just pitiful.

I dropped off three long sleeve button up shirts and when we came to pick them up, the person was rude to my husband, this is his first time coming here. This morning looking at the shirts one is completely dirty around the collar the second one has spots all up and down the front of the shirt, dirty collar. The third one didn’t look so bad, it was a darker color. I went back to the cleaners with the shirts to tell the lady there was a problem and all she did was give me dirty looks the whole time, but she did offer to re-clean them, but by the looks of all three shirts, I’m pretty sure they won’t come back looking any better. No apology just only dirty looks. Very unprofessional. We will not be going back.

Horrible. No other way to describe it. Took 3 sweaters in. 1 was ruined looked like someone had pulled the knitting out all over the sweater And the other had pulls in the fabric. 1 came out unharmed. After I took the sweaters back and left a message for the owner to call me I called 4x before I got a message back from an employee stating he,the owner, said he could not do anything that my sweater must have had a defect. Seriously it was 2 sweaters and you are saying both were defected. And HE never called me himself. I have used this cleaners only 1x before and it was a blazer to be pressed. I am highly disappointed in the customer service and quality and lack thereof of ownership of ruining my sweaters. I will NEVER go back. Take this as a warning people!! Do not go don’t chance your stuff having a defect ?and getting ruined. Didn’t even to offer refund my dry cleaning bill. After asking around I have heard great things about Sprout cleaners in Daphne that it is worth the drive and they do theirs onsite. This place in Fairhope sends their stuff to a central location.

They do a pretty good job but cleaning is done in another town. Redoing takes too long. Needs quality improvement but no one around is any better. They are not concern as they should be with quality.
