I turned in 4 phones to switch to AT&t from another provider. Brad the manager told me I would be paying 180 per month for our lines. Said it repeatedly. My first bill came, it was 280.I called and texted him because he said to do so and he ignored me for days until the bill had to paid. Every month the bill has been different and every month he acknowledges it is his fault and gives a credit. However the bill is always wrong.I know the credits he is giving doesn’t hit his pocket and he is paid on the billing process and the phones.He tells every customer in the store to call him but he never returns calls. The bill for me is always wrong, he lied about the process, and now refuses to correct the problem he created.The money is not the issue, it’s the fact this store is flat out misleading customers. That starts with leadership and the sales people at the store follows the direction of this leader.I’d like to switch to another provider but hey what does Brad care? He got his commission already right?I would definitely recommend going to this store if you like being mislead, lied to, and ignored.**** Update ****- the email address provided by the owner has not been answered either. The store ignores issues and now the review is being ignored as well.

I needed a new phone so I went to my closest AT&T store hoping to avoid the usual long visit to buy a new phone. Noah, my salesperson, was helpful and efficient. He got the phone set up and working before I left. I was out of there inless than an hour with a good deal, adjustments to my plan that he recommended that save money and a new phone in a case with a screen saver already placed! Noah was helpful, friendly and professional. Great AT&T representative!

I recently switched from Verizon to AT&T and Brad & Noah were very helpful with the switch over! They spent hours helping us and were so nice! I would highly recommend going to this store for your cellphone needs!

I was treated very disrespectfully in this store, actually not just disrespectful but very aggressively. Would not recommend going into this store especially if you’re a little older middle aged woman. There is a bully there.

Me and my mom came in for upgrade and this muscle bound manager was extremely rude and unwilling to help me go to Verizon AT&t has bad customer.

Walked in and two guys working in there just stared at me and didn’t even acknowledge me. I stood there for a few min and just walked out. At least say “we will be right with you.” I will go to another store from now on.

The absolute worst experience ever!! I recently switched mine and my husband's phones to an ATT wireless plan and our experience has been nothing short of awful. The employee at our Fairhope, AL location signed us up for monthly charges he didn't tell us about and that we didn't agree to. There were two recurring charges he signed us up for that he didn't tell us about and we didn't ask for. He also signed us up for the most expensive unlimited wireless plan when we specifically asked for the basic plan. He also did not inform us that we would be charged a higher rate for our new phone installment plan until the second or third billing cycle, even though we traded phones in for a lower rate. We called and were told that we owed that amount for our first bill regardless and that is just unacceptable. We will not be paying a ridiculous amount for services we didn't ask for and weren't informed we would be charged for. I am astonished that ATT employees would be so dishonest with me about what they were signing me up for, and I was basically lied to about what would be on my bill and how much it would be.

Entered store , stood waiting for at least 10 minutes , finally a young man asked if he could help me with something , there was no “ we’ll be right with you “ or any acknowledgment of my standing there. I was completely ignored. This young man was talking to 3 other people about matters that were not att service related.Poor customer service…..40 year att customer. Jim vitale
