A great experience at a terrific auto body shop. Chas scheduled my 2019 Subaru Outback for a front bumper replacement within days of the accident and returned my car on time for exactly the price quoted. He and Anthony also did a great communicating updates on the job and its completion. You pull into most body shops and the first person you meet is the estimator - the salesman. At Chas Collision you pull into the parking lot and meet Chaz himself, typically in the shop actually doing the work of body repair. This is old fashioned hands-on customer service from a local guy that's done the right way from first to last.

Chas did an excellent job for us on some chairs. my wife needed some chairs painted and noticed that Chas's shop was always busy so she inquired about the chairs. Chas went above and beyond what we expected and we could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend.

Chas did an amazing job repairing our vehicle, and at half the cost that other shops quoted. He also finished the work in just a couple days! He’s just super nice all around guy who makes you feel like family immediately. We will definitely be taking all of our business to him in the future.

I have a 2009 F-150 that I bought new and used on a small farm for 8 years and have kept here in Fairhope for for 7 years. The truck never had the luxury of a garage and the paint on the truck roof and hood were really sun damaged.
I decided to try Chas Collision to repaint the truck.
The prep and paint were really done well. The truck looks as good as new...maybe a little better than new!
The cost was reasonable,not cheap but reasonable.
It takes time to do good auto body work so prepare for a few weeks to do the work.
I will use this company in the future.

DO NOT use this business. 2000 dollars, small claims court, countless calls, and fourteen months of outlandish lies later, we just had our car towed away from this horrible business. Full disclosure we recuperated the 2000 dollars through court but the experience was harrowing. 2017 GMC with 75,000 miles was hit on the passengers side. It was mechanically sound so we drove it there and the owner stated the body work would be completed in two weeks. Weeks turned to months until we were forced to purchase another car and hire an attorney. When we went to pick it up, he said it no longer runs because of a timing issue that occurred on the lot. When asked why he replaced a door on the drivers side (the side that wasn’t wrecked), he said because when his mechanic was trying to fix the timing, he dented the door. It is an auto body shop, and the car ran perfectly so I’m completely baffled with that explanation. I have never left a bad review but I felt compelled to let others know to never use this business unless you have a spare car to drive for a year and a good attorney on retainer, just to be sure.

Chas made repairs in two different places on my car and I could not tell there had ever been damage. The paint was matched and blended in perfectly. He did the work very quickly and at the best price.

My mom hit a deer in her Camry. Several shops quoted her over twice the amount Chas quoted. Picked up the car today and couldn’t be happier with the work. Mr. Payne even made sure she had a car to drive while he was finishing up her paint work. Excellent work and very friendly.
