Completely fried my hair. I went from soft to dry and brittle in under 20 minutes thanks to this "hairdresser" she is by far the absolute worst in town and after $$ . Avoid - 0 stars. My hair is ruined.

Angela has been my hairdresser for 3 years! She had been located downtown Fairhope but recently moved to the cute cottage across from The Coffee Loft! Not only is parking easier but the atmosphere is bright and charming. She’s great with color. You can learn the benefits of essential oils while you are there. I’ve learned a lot while not being pressured to purchase them. I cant resist the laundry detergent ever since I fell in love with the smell of her towels :)

Great haircut! As usual I waited til I was looking a bit shabby before realizing I needed a haircut. Angela was most accomodating seeing me same day. Arrived a bit early and enjoyed walking around downtown Fairhope. Compliment's address shows she is at #7 Church, but entrance actually faces on De la Maire....next store to Dragonfly restaurant and down the street from Paige and Pallete bookstore and Red or White wine shop. Nice place and she was working on my hair within 5 minutes of me me walking in. She put me at ease from the start and was a good conversationalist. Atmosphere was relaxing and only one other patron in the shop. She did a good job....and I received several compliments before I arrived home that evening. Need to clean up my act more often so I will be returning to Compliments again in the near future. Highly recommend!

I'll let you in on a secret, but don't tell anyone . I want people to think my hair color is natural. I had been away from home for a while. So happy to get back to Angela. She's the best! She got my highlights back into shape and natural looking, put a great base color on so that all my grey is covered and I don't have the dreaded root line, or as I call it the, "Everyone knows your not really blonde." She gave me an amazing cut and style! I walked out feeling like a brand new woman. I am unbelievably picky and Angela is the best! She is an excellent colorist. Her cut and style are great. Her prices are competitive as well.

Angela has been doing my hair since I moved here and I consistently get compliments on it. Once again this week, a woman stopped me in a store and asked me for my stylist's phone number. Angela understands women and cares about their needs. I trust her to make me look my best. Highly recommend!
