Provided a service for these guys as a local small business. They canceled service - no problem. Crazy owner lady calls me asking for a refund for the last six months. Uh, OK, you are going to have to send me a copy of the request you made from six months ago. ...It doesn't exist? Sorry maam - no can do.
So you do a charge back on your credit card for as many months back as they will allow?
Wow... its only 35 bucks. Must be hurting for extra Christmas money?

Very nice and clean facility! The layout and having ample flat space allows for easy loading and unloading. The staff is very accommodating and will make the extra effort to help make your storage experience an pleasant one. I would recommend any one in the Fairhope area to give Enviro Storage a call when in need of extra storage space!!
