I had my car taken to Pelc Tire & Auto Service in Fairhope, AL recently after having collided with one of the 6" curbs they have in that town on a dark rainy night. Right from the start, their service was friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. They worked with my insurance company replacing two ruined tires and two damaged cast aluminum wheels. The repairs were done speedily, and professionally. They stocked my exact tires even though they are not a dealer for that particular brand. They called me to keep me updated every step of the way. Their prices were very reasonable. Pelc was a real pleasure to work with from every angle. I would recommend them highly without reservation.

Very polite and speedy service. They were very helpful when we called in, they had to order the tires and they came in that day. They don't do anything unnecessary just to tack more fees on to you. We will definitely be coming back.

I had a flat. They repaired in a very timely fashion…same day. Pleasant…didn’t cost too much. So glad to know this service is close by since if there is a nail… my tires will fine them

Amazed at the new building! Wide open lobby, lots of counter space (!), separate waiting area with TV's, coffee bar, and plenty of seating! Great communication with work to be done/completed!Great shop/bay areas!! Completed job on estimated time. Overall great experience.

Since I moved to fairhope, I've been told of one mechanic shop that takes care of their customers. Never overcharges and is quick with their work. I've never been able to find that in my life so I went there as soon as I had a problem and they fixed it. No worries. Took one day. The most they have ever taken is 2 days and that's if they have to order a part. They're always packed but they always get their work done. These people care about what they do and care about the customers. They do it for. If you want a good price and trusty mechanics look no further then Pelc right here in fairhope

Friday afternoon discovered my wife's car had a nail in it. Had to get it done today because of upcoming surgery. Pelc employees got me in and repaired the tire in a timely manner. Thank you. Great tire store

O was told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours in an oil change and tire rotation and 3.5 hours later I am still sitting here. The young lady who waited on me could not explain why. I assume they forgot I was waiting and when I asked they said my car was in the bay. It was in the bay for over 2 hours without anybody working on it. Pitiful customer service. When Fairhope tire owned the business they did a lot better job.

Pelc tires is my business of choice whenever I have a car repair need. The mechanics who work in the back are very knowledgeable and have always been able to fix my vehicles no matter what the issues. Hands down the quickest and most efficient car service business I've ever encountered. Always friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I've been there too many times because my daughter and I have bad luck with tires :) but I never dread going there because I know we will be taken care of without being taken advantage of.
