I took a Kate Spade comforter to be laundered and it is now ruined. I told the woman there were a couple of stains and some dog hair when I dropped it off, but it was in very good shape. Once I got it home, it was extremely wrinkled and misshapen and ‘wadded material’ all over the edges. There are also permanent marks on it that were not there when I dropped it off. I took it back today and the manager argued with me and told me they did not stain the comforter and the wrinkling and wadded up material is just what happens. I’ve had it laundered before and this has NEVER happened. She kept arguing and finally said she’d return the money I paid to have it cleaned, but there was nothing else she could do. This is NOT what happens with a nice quality comforter, this is what happens when you take it somewhere like this. Never again will I use or recommend them and I recommend the same to everyone else in the Fairhope area!

I like this facility. It was clean and it took no time for my clothes to dry. Great dryers. If my dryer mess up again I will definitely come back to this place.

Worst laundromat ever!! Did three loads, two of the machines had no visible water or soap suds so I went up to the attendant on duty who seem too busy on her cell phone to be bothered with my issue. Took her over to the machine and she said that’s normal. When the clothes came out half the clothes were still dry and smell nothing of the 2 cups of tide and the cup of Downey that I put into the machine. And of course no mention of giving me my money back or offer to rerun in a different machine??????????

Very nice large machines at same price as smaller machine at other places. Very clean! Always friendly staff on hand to help.
