Bought a 12pk of Coors lite on Monday. It was sour. I thought it was a fluke so I bought another 12pk of Coors lite on Thursday. Same thing....SOUR. Both 12pks are within expiration date. SOUR was confirmed by another person who doesn't drink Coors lite. I called and the owner Ms. Patel, won't talk to you. She just uses the cashiers to speak to customers. She said to call the "company". I asked who her distributor was and she lied and said it was Coors Lite as being the distributor. After digging, it turns out that Gulf distributing is actually her distributor. Her staff are great, but because she doesn't care about her customers I will not be returning not even for a fountain drink.

I am proud to say I used to work there a few years ago. The owners truly care about their employees and customers. They want the best possible experience for their customers. Also, a more from behind the scenes, they have extremely high standards of cleanliness. I challenge you to find another has station in the area (not owned by them) where the pumps are sanitized multiple times a day. Bathrooms and all surfaces were cleaned and dusted on the regular. I was extremely impressed, and I'm grateful to have once been part of the FRFM team! ❤

Don't let the exterior scare you, that's thanks to Hurricane Sally. The staff is awesome and the food is fresh. Ms Linda makes an amazing pizza and is always great to talk to. They do sell ethanol free mid grade unleaded btw.

The service is absolutely 5 + stars, the pizza is the best of any convenience store. The ladies that work there will do anything to make your pizza or anyting else perfect for you. I've never seen any place like it. If you see a pretty blond name Debbie ask her to make your pizza or anyting else she is the best ever!!! OMG!!! AND IN THIS COVID-19 ENVIRONMENT THEY HAVE THE CLEANEST STORE EVER. You would be wise to make this your stop from now on, and their gas it's the cheapest around.

The station sells ethanol-free gasoline and is conveniently located between Fairhope and Fish River/Weeks Bay. I stopped here to put gas in my boat this weekend, about $100 for half of the tank. I went inside after filling gas to buy a Diet Coke. Since my last visit, apparently they began enforcing a minimum amount for credit card transactions. Since I made a $100 fuel purchase in the same trip, I hoped they would make an exception. I had no cash and did not want to run my debit card. They would not make an exception. I'm probably being petty, but I will buy my ethanol-free gas elsewhere in the future. Aside from my recent experience the staff has always been friendly. The station is somewhat clean. It can be difficult to enter and leave while pulling a boat.

I spent $2.13 plus tax and I asked to use the bathroom. The clerk immediately advise bait to let him know if it was not clean period I then promised to return the keys to the bathroom and when I did he asked me if the bathroom was clean. Never had this happen before must be a great place
