Stopped in with a flat today to ask if I could use a little air to get me home. The guy I spoke with was extremely short with me, and obviously in a bad mood. He looked at me with disdain from the moment I pulled up. After he was rude to me, he informed me "air ain't free, it would be 5$" i could've had all 4 tires running flat, and still wouldn't have paid after the way I was treated. It was 0% about being told it would cost something, it was 100% about someone not wanting me there in the first place.

Very unprofessional, was chewed out for asking a friendly question about the vehicle. Guys don’t even know what they’re talking about took the vehicle in for coolant and they said it was fine when it was far from it. Sadly, would NOT recommend this place

Never leave bad reviews but I thought this was something that needed to be said. Called to ask a question about an oil change, had asked 2 questions when I was asked very rudely "why are you asking all these questions" I was calling to see if this was a shop I wanted to use, apparently it wasn't a place I wanted to use. Definitely not a way to treat a potential customer.

I cannot believe the experience I just had here.My family has been bringing cars here for generations. I came back here, because he had fixed a vague noise issue in my car in a timely and professional manner. He knew exactly what it was, I was so relieved, and it was fixed. So, when the problem happened again, I called ahead to get in the books to drop it off.We are a one car family right now. We have a young child. It is very difficult to find time to drop our car off for an unknown amount of time, so I planned it during a family visit when we would have support. I expect things to take time. Since he was so great in the past, I expected the same level of service.I walked in for my appointment, and it was very clear from the get-go that I was not welcome. I was berated and belittled for having the audacity to bring my car into him (with an appointment, no less). The line of questioning was accusatory and spiteful, essentially calling me an idiot for not going to the shop who gave me new tires and not fixing it immediately. Again, we are a one car family with a young child, so it is very difficult to coordinate a time to be without our car. He was incredibly rude and cruel to a degree that I left in tears. I do not know why he was so unwilling to work on my car. I do not know why he chose to behave the way he did and treat me like that. It was so unbelievable that I needed to defend myself and explain my personal situation, only to be met with dismissive retorts and insults.I am in shock about the way I was treated for simply bringing my car in for an appointment with a mechanic that I trusted. It's truly a shame, and generations of patronage will be ending today.

I dont check prices anymore. I let Rambo handle everything. Very fair and very honest and very reliable.

Great guys, incredibly knowledgeable about EVERYTHING related to vehicle mechanics. Local Ford dealership was unable to determine the problems. Rambo's not only analyzed but repaired the problems we've had in our Ford Expedition.

After getting lied to by TWO different shops, Rambo's didn't make up things to charge me for that didn't need to be fixed. I definitely appreciated that!
