Wasn't able to make the trip to the pharmacy, so I called and the Pharmacist told me how delivery worked. The meds were delivered the next day.

Good products, however, the layout and interior design is definitely confusing. The service was great and the Arnold Palmers are still 99 cents so not much to complain about and for some reason I thought they sold light bulbs but apparently they do not. Overall, this Walgreens establishment is a decent addition to the Spanish Fort area.

Ordered several size prints from the photo center to be picked up by 2:45pm. Received three emails and three texts that they were ready by that time. Went to the location at 3:45pm only to be told they were not ready because they ran out of paper. The lady in the photo area was not kind or apologetic. If you need prints, make the drive to Fairhope or Daphne for prompt and quick service.

My son takes seizure meds. We ordered the meds. They were supposed to be here afternoon today. I went at 1:30...no meds. Went back at 4:30...no meds. I was told it won't be in until Monday. Wait it gets better. The pharmacy told me I could go to Mobile and puck it up. I expressly asked if I go there I can get the meds. yes you can. my son called the pharmacy to check and guess what no meds. now my son has to go through the weekend with no seizure meds. Surely there is something that can be done to make these pharmacies give a crap.

It stinks so bad when you walk in. Like potent cat urine smacks you in the face. Line ups always seem long for check out and pharmacy, and waiting in line while your nostrils are accosted is intolerable.

The worst pharmacy in the town. I ran out of my critical medicine and, by mistake, transferred it here from Rite Aid New York. The pharmacist didn’t ask for my insurance information; he was trying to process through the old PO Box address. He later told me to come during my working hours and talk to some medical processing facility across the street before 5 pm
I told the pharmacist it never happened. He laughed and said the only option was to pay thousands of dollars and buy the medicine out of my pocket. He is not going to give the medicine out of his pocket. I told him I paid medical insurance on every paycheck. He was speaking low and fast. I told him to speak up and try to slow down.
I called my pharmacist at Rite Aid in New York. They gave me all my information, and I handed it over to him, which was all the information on my insurance card, which he refused to see, and later he processed

This pharmacy is awful. They seem to not be able to keep staff. They don't answer the phone. Calls are picked up and sent straight back to the reciever and you hear the hold music. You don't even get a hello.
The wait will be 10-25min for the car line so be prepared to sit.

Latest awful experience shortly before 5pm. I walked in and found the line with 3 ahead of me. The man at the counter was trying to pick up a script. He had been there for at least 5 minutes before I got in line. Ten minutes later with both of the counter workers digging all over the place trying to find his medication he gave up leaving. By this time the line was 6 deep.
*The policy here that counter workers should follow is if one cannot find the script then the second takes over looking - NOT BOTH KEEP LOOKING! The first worker can service the growing line of annoyed customers to try and shrink it! I chose to call another Walgreens location several miles away while I was waiting in line for them to transfer my already filled script that I was trying to pick up to their location. This Walgreens location at Spanish Fort is a disaster! I have had one good experience here out of six visits! The location may look convenient --- but believe me, it is NOT.

The people that work in the Pharmacy are ABSOLUTELY horrible! They are RUDE, have no kind of respect, they have no customer service and its always an issue when dealing with my sons medicine. If I could give -0 stars I would!
