Very clean! If you have a problem the management helps you resolve the issue right away! Recommend them. The only issue I have is the lighting. It could be brighter. Bring a flashlight.

The remote technician and sign in / unit opening process was flawless, every step as expected. Ramps and cart a doors accessible. Really liked the unit’s 10 foot side open versus 5; all my items in site. Clean, cool with plenty of light inside.

Only use this storage if you like being in the dark. I reported the lights not working so many times I cannot count. Each time they were surprised like they have never heard about it before. This is the picture taken in real time while I’m emptying my unit.

Renting the new unit was so easy. I was only on the phone for 5 to 10 minutes and got everything done. Greg made the process very simple. I really like all of the technology, including being able to use your phone as a key.

I have never posted a negative review for anything, but I have tried several times to privately alert the management to the high humidity levels in the facility in Fairhope. I found mildew on my antique chairs and am very frustrated by the temperature in the facility. It is muggy and warm every time I visit my units. I thought this was the best storage facility in town for my needs, but I am very disappointed with their climate control.

Move it was easy and quick. I could do over the phone or come into theFacility. Love it that things open by an app you don’t have to have a padlock.
