This place is an absolute gouge shop. I have long hair and go for a straight one inch trim. I get it washed, cut, and dried. I’ve been here a lot in the past years. Today they charged me 60.00.
I was shocked! She told me it was 30 for the wash and cut and 30 to dry it. When I say dry I mean rough dry so not walking with wet head. In there with the person that did my hair less than 30 min. She doesn’t know how to style or do a professional blowout none of them do. I wasn’t expecting that.
Never again!’
Be warned they are going to put it to you. Just going to go to my regular salon in mobile from now on for a trim if super cuts is 60 freaking dollars!

This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I walked through the front door, I approached the front counter but was never acknowledged. There were two female stylists already cutting hair. I decided to have a seat, thinking maybe I would be spoken to eventually (a simple "hi" would have worked). As I continued to sit, the phone rang at which time one of the stylists walked away from her chair and answered the phone. She was actually quite cordial to the person on the phone. I was thinking that maybe she would finally acknowledge me (or at a minimum, make eye contact) when she finished the phone call. Sadly, she returned to her customer not even looking in my direction. I considered calling their phone number myself since the phone apparently took priority over someone seated in the building. I decided to wait it out. Moments later, another employee entered the building . She had either been on a break or was just arriving. I received no acknowledgement from this individual although I was not really upset with this individual since she had no way of knowing what had transpired. A few minutes later, another customer entered the building and was acknowledged right away. At this point, I could handle no more. I approached the counter and asked why no one had acknowledged me. The stylist who had just arrived did offer somewhat of an apology, but it really did not seem very sincere. She offered to cut my hair herself, but, by this time, the damage had already been done. I stated to her that I have no interest in being here any longer, and exited the building.I cannot understand how anyone could be ignored to this extent. Did my looks or dress attire not warrant a response when entering the building? Did I look gay (I am) which could have caused a lack of interest? Or is it possibly just really bad customer service? I believe their haircut price is $12. Perhaps a $12 haircut lends itself to $12 service.

The cuts were okay. My granddaughter and myself both got cuts. Mine by Lana, hers by the manager. The manager was nice but she smacked her gum so loudly that I could hear it over in my chair and my 9 year old granddaughter told me how annoying it was that she had to have smacking in her ear the entire time while she was getting her hair cut. Someone should tell her how rude an unprofessional it was.
