We are treated with promptness and courtesy, Tim and his wonderful staff are always seeking better ways to help meet our insurance needs. Steve at Tim Simmonds State Farm listened to my particular challenges in renting while building in the Fairhope area. He came up with good solutions that covered my needs at a good price, and looked longer term at a transition plan to when my new home will be ready next year.

Terrible communication, took months and months to get a claim filed and resolved after being bounced around to multiple desk adjusters who were of no help and would not respond to any communications each time I had to file one. Then they dropped me for using the insurance 3 times over a 5 year span for events that were outside of my control (theft, storm damage, contractor working for someone else damaging sewer line causing backup) All around terrible experience and do not recommend.

Very rude, put me on hold and never picked back up. Can't even send vehicle coverage info in less than 6 hrs. Accused me of "harrassing them" when calling for coverage info an hour before they closed. I'm a State Farm customer with Josh Wild in Foley, have never had any issues like this with any other insurance agency or any other company. Would rather go uninsured than deal with this company.

Dispicable human being. He’s a snake and only cares about himself. Rude for no reason and you can tell his smile is forced. Find someone else.
