Never have a issue with getting mail but I've called twice over the last 6 months because I get people's mail that haven't lived here since the early 90's my mailbox gets full in 2 days and they just shove it in the box. Every piece of my mail is crushed into a ball squeezed in the box. I mean it's ridiculous I go to work come back and my mailbox is so full to the point you can't shut it in one day. I have like maybe 12 different people's mail in my mailbox and then every mail box next to mine well all of there mail gets crammed into mine aswel. I even wrote my name on the mailbox and they still can't get it right it's ridiculous. Not to mention packages man they never ever deliver my packages always a issue i have no gate my porch is always empty throw it on the ground by my mailbox whats the point in driving all the way out here and then stop using your brain and drive away just deliver the package if I could change mail carriers or figure out a way to just not let usps ever touch my packages even amazon packages I 100% would this place is terrible.

I spent around $100 on this makeup palette and usps shoved it into my mailbox while it clearly wouldn’t fit. Luckily only the case it’s in was damaged and not the actual product itself but like ??? yall know if it doesn’t fit into the mailbox you can just leave it at the door right ???? why are you shoving stuff into mailboxes ? what if it had been completely damaged ???

Received 2 emails regarding two packages that were delivered. Knowing that there’s no way on earth that either item could have fit in our mailbox. I was surprised that both packages were said to be inside the mailbox. Needless to say neither were. Just another example of why most businesses use FedEx or UPS. I only wish the company I did business with had done so.

I, have never had any problem with mail delivery . . . until, our sweet mail lady took another mail route! I, have had several delivery notifications for mail I never received! I, have put mail in the mailbox, only to have it in the mailbox the next day!! Lately, I have received mail that has been open!!

I have never had any problem with mail delivery until I moved to Fairhope. It usually occurs on the weekend when our regular carrier is off. I have had mail delivered to my neighbors mailbox several times and have had delivery notifications for mail that was never received. I am expecting important tax documents, now I need to request more copies. Very inconvenient and unprofessional!

I felt awful leaving a review like this, until I saw others with similar experiences… This needs to be said.I moved to Fairhope a month ago. Every package I’ve ordered since I’ve moved here has sat at this local post office for 5+ days before finally being delivered to my house after the sun had set.One of my packages arrived in Fairhope, was sent to Mobile, back to Fairhope, back to mobile again, sent to Robertsdale, back to Fairhope, and finally delivered, 4 days late. It had said “Out for Delivery” since 9am and didn’t update as delivered until 9:30 at night.My most recent package arrived at this Post Office on the 22nd, scheduled to be delivered on the 23rd. It’s now the 27th and my package is still sitting at this post office according to tracking details. Not even out for delivery.This is wildly unacceptable. No more needs to be said.I would kindly love to know, WHAT is the major issue at this post office? Are we understaffed, or have we hired incompetent, careless employees? I will gladly volunteer my free time and assist your staff with sorting and delivering packages. This is unheard of.UPDATE: A nice lady just delivered my package in her personal vehicle. Whoever you are, god bless you ma’am.

I am leaving two stars only because the people I interact with are nice. The execution of delivery and pickup is awful. I have never seen such lack of attention to detail. I have a business that relies on my envelopes being scanned in a timely manner. This does not happen. The person that used to do my route did great. The last two or three months have been abysmal. I sell online on eBay and because of the carrier either not scanning my items on pickup(and thus not getting its first scan until the next day) or just not showing up at all, my listings have been suppressed in visibility for untimely shipping. I am shipping timely!!! USPS is not doing its job. My sales this month declined 52% and views are down 46% because of the supression caused by the post office.On another note, ,more than once I have stayed here on days I didn't have to be here to get an important package arriving. I have the updates texted to my phone. Both times I got a text saying the parcel was not delivered because the business was closed. I ran on foot and didn't catch them the first time. The second time this happened, the guy thanked me for stopping him. He said he didn't know where the E building was to deliver my package(It is the building marked with the large E).On another note, I have waited for items that have to be signed for and have a sorry we missed you paper in the box saying I can pick it up at the post office. Ummm...I was here if you just got out of your vehicle.I am tired of this. I have spoken to the post office in person and have reported them to the 1800 number. I started driving to the post office to take my envelopes to get scanned but right now it is the holiday season. I don't have time to drive 10 minutes to the post office, stand in line for 20 plus minutes, and then drive 10 minutes back everyday when this can be taken care of in ten seconds at my mailbox. I do not like leaving negative comments, but this needs to be known. I have never seen such delivery issues anywhere I have ever lived. Can y'all give me a few grand to cover my losses this month. I will be supressed for three months total thanks to you.

This is by far the worst ran post office in the entire state! Federal Post Master General should audit this location.Nationwide, most post offices close at 5:00PM but this one closes at 4:30.Absolutely unacceptable for a federally funded institution.
