Is less than one star an option?! They ordered and then canceled my prescription, twice. Told me they can't get it. Uhm, the next pharmacy I called had it in 24 hours. Can't get my phone number right. Take hours to fill prescriptions. And, let people check out a dozen boxes of kleenex and clearance oreos while sick people stand 6 deep in line. The worst pharmacy in town, and it keeps getting worse.

The personnel exhibited rudeness. I've attempted to obtain my prescription for a month, making three calls over a 3 1/2 week span. Both the pharmacy tech and pharmacist displayed aggressiveness and impatience with patients. Consider investigating this matter. I won't utilize this pharmacy in the future.

Terrible in every way. Used to be good - asked to transfer some prescriptions and they delete your refills...won't answer for the other pharmacist. Ya'll suck. USE EASTERN SHORE PHARMACY! THEY ARE AWESOME!

I find it unacceptable that no timeline can be given to obtain a much needed medication. According to them it could take months because they have a backlog. Im still waiting on a call from customer service. In addition why the district managers info is not provided??? Im in agreement with other posters the pharmacist ignores the hell out of you.

The worst customer experience in the photo department. Not once but twice. Recommend you avoid and go elsewhere.

I waited for 45 min to talk to someone about why my husband wasnt able to pick up my prescription only to be told in less than one second after 45min of waiting "please hold" then abruptly the phone hung up. I am extremely displeased and their in person reason for as to why I could not get my pain killer was that it hadn't been enough days for me to receive it when i in fact had a second paper prescription written by my surgeon to get more since I was still in great pain and unable to sleep. They still refused to fill the medication. If it weren't for Walgreens being the only current carrier of the medication I would will and am taking all my pharmaceutical needs elsewhere as they do not care about their customers or time constraints on medication. I Highly recommend NOT to use this particular pharmacy they don't listen to reason or want to find a solution to problems or concerns.

Disorganized and understaffed! I booked an appointment for a flu shot. Because I had radiation therapy 45 minutes following it, I showed up 15 minutes early. Waited and waited whilethe pharmacist was too busy with filling prescriptions and phone calls. Had to leave because I didn't want to be late for radiation. Skip this place!

THE WORST! Inefficient system with an unskilled staff! I waited patiently for 45 minutes for a simple vaccine while the pharmacist ignored me and the others in line.
