We recently converted my parents house phone to a cellphone. During the process, the landline was prematurely released, not by AT&T. My father went to the AT&T store for help. He had the pleasure of working with Angel. Let's just say she is appropriately named. She went above and beyond to retrieve the landline number. After hours of back and forth with the outside company, she successfully saved his number and proceeded to assist us with converting it to a cell number. She treated my father as if he were her own. She was kind, compassionate, and took the term customer service to another level. Angel, I hope you see this and understand that you made a difference. Thank you!

Had a good experience with getting a new phone. The process of getting a new phone takes to long but Mason and Angel was great. Angel was able to save voicemails from my Mom who is no longer with us and that was awesome!!!
