They know exactly what they are doing every single time. Have never received any meat that had hair or anything else like you do in some processors. The staff is top notch, They answered all my wife's and mine questions throughly. They welcomed us like family stayed out there just talking to the. About what we could get out of every cut of meat. My first deer of 2025 I lost the blood trail and called him he told me he would stay open. They closed at 8 and i did not locate and load the deer until after 9:30, he told me he would still stay open, I did not get there until after 12 a.m. he even called me on the way down there to make sure I was ok since I never been at he's location. I mean who does that anymore. If you truly want a processor that loves what he and his family do trust me you don't have to look any further then sipsey deer processing. I have not received any meat that I didn't absolutely love, between the meatloaf, pestromi, bologna, neck roasts, ground, deli meat. There's a whole list of items to pick from from what I just listed, I mean come on man. There's still items I havent tried I can't get enough deer to get everything I want it's not fair lolololol. I can't wait to get some more deer To try the others items.”
