TRUCKERS: TSC STORE 1767 AT 1616 TEMPLE AVE N US-43/AL-171 FAYETTE AL. FROM TEMPLE AVE N TURN EAST AT 15TH ST NE TOWARD BACK OF TSC. PLATFORM DOCK FACES NORTH. AFTER TURNING RIGHT AT ORTHODONTICS SIGN IMMEDIATELY TURN RIGHT INTO PARKING LOT. DO A DRIVERS SIDE MANUEVER TO LINEUP WITH PLATFORM DOCK BY YELLOW POLES. THE OTHER WAY IS TO GO ON SOUTH SIDE OF STORE FRONTS AND GO BEHIND STORE FRONTS TO SAME PLATFORM DOCK. IT LOOKS TIGHT BACK THERE. TANDEMS BACK TO UNLOAD. AFTER UNLOADING MOVE TANDEMS FULL FORWARD BEFORE LEAVING. IF TURNING RIGHT GOING NORTH ON US43 FROM 15TH ST NE SWING WIDE RIGHT AND WATCH THE RIGHT TANDEMS TO CLEAR THE CURB AND NOT KNOCK DOWN THE STOP SIGN. I NEEDED TO MOVE AS FAR AS THE SOUTHBOUND LANES TO PROTECT MY TIRES.

Terrible Customer Service from the manager— not only did she have us on the phone making calls back and forth between her and customer service for 30-45 minutes but she was completely rude. Instead of her getting on the phone she continued to talk in the background to me through one of her employees (who had not a clue- I don’t fault him at all. He tried his best). Finally customer service just refunded what we got and then after that we had to call the store back the manager finally gets on the phone. To do a transaction over the phone and in the middle of it she stops me and says I can’t do this over the phone that I needed to come in the store. Going in the store was fine with me. However her attitude was very unprofessional and completely rude. We get to the store only to spend another 30-45 minutes. Only to find out she still can’t do anything to help us! She tried acting as if my husband was trying to scam her. Completely ridiculous!

I asked if they had shower heads one employee said yes in the back and i said are you sure i didnt see them he said yes so i looked again and asked a different employee cause no one would help and he said they didnt sell them. Horrible staff overpriced and tacky

After waiting all day and understandable I called to and was told lp gas had been delivered I explained I had called all day and was so happy to now be able to bring my 100 lb tank to get filled as I have done several times at this location you can surly understand that after driving from Millport how I felt when the lady looked at me after I unloaded my tank and said we don't fill 100 lb tanks in front of several other customers that agreed they to had filled those tanks that I had purchased from them my family now freezing because Tham lady wanted to flex her muscles thanks ts for hiring such uncaring csr, s

We searched allOver for a tiller nobody had except this place so drove an hour there to get it. Ppl were nice and helpful and Fayette is a charming small town.

The manager Donna Swartz is the absolute worst manager I’ve ever met in my life. She bullies her young employees, demands off the clock work, and critiques them for taking their full 30min lunch, including getting her lunch while out. No idea how she gets people to apply, no idea how she motivates her team from outside with a cigarette in her mouth.

Decent amount of necessities for the one of two available stores in Fayette. Unfortunately, the customer service is quite poor and items shown online as available are not actually in stock. Unfriendly, unhelpful cashier's upon multiple visits.
