Barrows Furniture in Flomaton has been absolutely wonderful. I called and spoke with Audre about a couch I had seen last month for my moms house. He had it moved downstairs for my mom to look at and was told it would be delivered the next day between 4 and 6 and at 4:05 it was here. Great customer service!

Very disappointed in this store and their lack of service. My father ordered a high end Flex Steel electric recliner. In less than a year, it would sit lopsided. He called the store and they sent a guy out. Guy basically put some poly fill in, not eliminating the problem at all. My dad then contacted the store multiple times, yet no action has been taken. He has owned recliners all his life and only this “high end” flex steel has proven to be of lesser quality than the Lane and Lazy Boy recliners of the past. Flex Sterl should stand behind their product and Barrow’s should do a far better job with their service. Sadly, both are ridiculously lacking. I suggest you purchase elsewhere.
